I was pleased with my shelf but didn't realise that I would have to drill the holes for the screws myself, I thought they would be pre-drilled.

It was very easy to select the exact size that I needed and the speed in which it arrived was very good. However, that may have been why in my opinion the finish was cheap and after a slight knock the white coating came off of one of the corners. The screws that are provided were painted, a different white to the shelf and quite frankly this made them look awful, like they had been used and recycled. Unfortunately I can’t say I’d use again.

Ordered the wrong size you would have thought they would have noticed this has they were far too small to use for shelves. My fault i know that anyhow took far too long to deliver and poor quality so may be just as well i never bought new ones.

While we completely understand how frustrating that can be, our service is based around cutting materials to the exact dimensions provided by our customers — and there are several steps in the ordering process designed to help avoid this kind of issue.
We include multiple reminders to double-check measurements before placing an order, and we also offer the option to place an order on hold after checkout if you realise something might need to be amended before we begin cutting. As a made-to-measure service, we don’t typically question the dimensions customers submit, as we trust they’ve selected the size they need — but we are currently looking into adding a pop-up warning for certain products (like radiator shelves) when unusually small dimensions are entered, to help catch mistakes prior to ordering.
