Ordering and delivery were fine. However the quality of the pine shelves was disappointing; the surface finish was rough and all four shelves had a significant bend from front to back. Therefore anything placed on the shelves would lean or wobble. Unless you are looking for a very "rustic" look I do not recommend this product. At £150+ these may end up as very expensive garage shelves!
Fabulous great quality perfect fit would highly recommend
Wanted to create a large strong shelf for the dining area. This cut to size ply wood was perfect for the job. Well packaged and quick delivery. Very happy!

Easy to order & just what I needed
My order was delayed by over two weeks, which I was prepared to accept—until the item finally arrived and turned out to be completely incorrect. I raised a support ticket online (Ticket #296315) but received no response. After hearing nothing back, I had to call customer service. They arranged a pickup for the incorrect item and promised to send the correct one. The person was polite. I then waited another two weeks, only for the replacement to also be wrong. I paid a premium for double-sided panels costing over £30, and this experience has been extremely disappointing. I submitted another support ticket (#301959), but once again, there's been no reply. I'm utterly disappointed with the lack of communication and repeated errors. I do not like leaving bad reviews as there are always mitigating circumstances, but the combination of repeated incompetence and lack of communication isn't ok.

I can see that there was a mix-up on our side where your second support ticket was mistakenly closed, as it was thought to relate to your first order. Great company to do business with. Boards cut to size and i will be back to order more. They were great when i messed up the delivery option. I now have a perfect cupboard space.

Sealed melamine, cut to fit. A great tailored solution
Nice looking shelves and helpful company when I needed to tweak the dimensions after initially ordering the wrong size. Very accurate sizing but just a little disappointing that the edges needed some fine sandpapering as the finish wasn't very smooth. Arrived on time and extremely well protected by packaging.
Easy to order, great price arrived on time.
