The Cutncraft wooden plaque was good quality and at a reasonable price so 5 stars to Cutncraft.However I feel they are let down by Royal Mail who needed 10 days to deliver it.

I received my wooden sign through the post. It is really nice and exactly what I wanted. The price is very good as well.
It is thin so if you wanted something more solid, perhaps this is not for you.

Did not receive my order FedEx the delivery company delivered my order to the wrong address. I have spoken to Terry at Cut n Craft who promised a new shipment on Thursday 1st May 25 but no sign of when I will receive my order. I have tried numerous times today Thursday 1st May 25 to talk to him without any success. Bitterly disappointed Nigel Baldwin

Hello, there is no apology from us as. We advised this will be made, sent and delivered don the original agreed date but you sent us multiple emails and constant calls. We were unable to answer as we were really busy (as we stated to you in an email and text)
We promised a new shipment to be sent on Thursday for delivery Friday as agreed. You called us multiple times chasing the same delivery but there was no step-by-step updates. You were also sent a text message with the new tracking number for your order that was supposed to be delivered on the agreed date of Friday. However further calls were made and you left a negative review.
Considering we had spoken to you on the phone and called back many times prior, this review was not fair.
As we stated in our message, we were super busy cutting wood and making customer orders. We advised your order will be made and sent on thrsday multiple times, but after we sent the tracking you left a negative review so we did cancel your order.
We are a small business but we will not be pushed into a corner with a negative review prior to the delivery, especially when your order was not even late.
The initial error was something we said that we will resolve with fedex and you didn't need to worry about it and your order will still arrive when it should.
