Andrew was very friendly and helpful, he explained the policy thoroughly so it was easy & straight forward to understand.

Dawn rang me at a busy time. She was honest and said that it was a cold call. I appreciated that. She explained the reason for her call. We arranged another conversation when i was not so busy. She rang as agreed. She put me through to Mike who was also friendly, extremely knowledgeable and helpful. They gave me a good offer and made me feel they would look after me. Great approach.

Spoke to this company today about private medical insurance for me and my family, these guys did a top job and got it sorted! Big thankyou to Jordan for getting it sorted with his colleague Andrew. Very fast process, got my quote very quickly and was really happy with the price! Highly recommend 👌

I was very impressed with the service provided, particularly as my health circumstances limit the types of insurance available to me. Dawn, who initially called me, was very helpful and friendly in helping me to decide which type of product I needed, and she then passed me on to the advisor, Andrew, who found the perfect type of insurance to meet my needs in a very amiable, but efficient and helpful, manner. I never felt 'pushed' into accepting, but was patiently guided by Andrew through the available insurances, and he quickly selected what I feel was the right choice for my needs. Very satisfied all round.

Michael Raggett the protection insurance adviser that I dealt with was extremely knowledgeable about any questions I had for him and very helpful in advising what I needed. He was very easy to get along with and was very patient with me on the multiple occasions I was just too busy to talk with my own workload. However we finally managed to organise a great deal I was happy with for myself compared with what I previously had setup. Thanks
