Posting too many fake jobs for user engagement

This is a jobs platform. It is different from all other recruiting platforms. It has chatbots for recruiters that provide some fixed templates/forms to be filled all the time regardless of the company/job. What I am frustrated about is that I have arranged 3 interviews from the app and all these three times I was ghosted by the HRs. What I am not sure about is whether these HRs that arranged the meetings are bots too. They have got some jobs that always match my profile that's why I always got back to it even after these experiences. Hoping for some real HRs.
