Excellent customer service
After submitting my first ever order with Cut Throat Club, it was shipped timely, but got caught up at a USPS site with some weird reason attached to the delay. Since I was going to be out of the country not long after the original scheduled delivery date, I reached out to Cut Throat Club for their assistance.
Immediately, Maggie looked into the issue and not long after sent out a replacement shipment since the delivery hadn't moved in days. She also helped correct a small mix up in the second shipment. Needless to say, I received the products before leaving the country.
Not only was she communicative, but she was super helpful and to the point. For that, they have built in me a loyal customer.

Can’t fault the service from these guys. Loads of support as a first time straight razor user, helpful guidance, information to help me buy the right razor, tips on sharpening. All of it superb. I’ve got two razors from these guys now and both of them are superb. Couldn’t be happier

Would Use Again :)
Had a minor issue with the blade which the company were kind enough to take back for inspection. Turned out the issue was purely aesthetic, but they were happy to replace it anyway. The new blade's just arrived and it's perfect, many thanks.

Fantastic company
Seen the cut throat club advertised on my Facebook feed. I have been think about buying a straight razor for over a year so after so after seen this company advertised on Facebook i went to there site and found the perfect straight razor i liked which was the dovo pearl handle razor.
After placing the order I got a nice email from Tom Yates founder of the company thanking me for choosing to shop with the cut throat club. The order was shipped on same day and arrived very quickly in perfect condition. They also send emails with very useful info and advice on how to look after your razor which I found very helpful.
It has been a pleasure shopping with this company and I would definitely recommend them

Great company to buy from
Ive always hated shaving but as I get older, wanted to be clean shaven rather than bald with a grey beard (some guys it suits, not me!). I also wanted get away from disposable culture and had a double edged razor for a while, just can't buy blades anywhere.
Quick search on the Web and these guys came up. They do everything to do with shaving and use various brands (Inc. their own) so lots of varying price points to suit beginners and the veterans.
Quick delivery and had some excellent customer service follow up, which has shown these guys are keen to improve and do better for their customers.
Great company doing the right thing, even if buying directly from their suppliers is cheaper, I find it easier to buy everything in one place, as well as only a single delivery cost...if applicable.
