Poor customer service
Ill start by saying im a licensed barber. I purchased a shavette style razor. The handle is very poor quality and will allow the razor to come through the bottom with very little pressure when closing the razor. This resulted in slicing my hand open. I sent photos and requested a return with no reply. Definitely not for professional use. Would not recommend to anyone of any skill level. Would not recommend the company due to poor service.

Excellent Customer Service
I recently had an order with multiple items, and unfortunately the Osma alum block (75g) broke apart as I opened the pack.
All it took was an email and they sent out a replacement one.
Needless to say that I will continue to be purchasing my shaving supplies from here

Packaging was beautiful.
Delivery was really quick.
I bought the bundle deal which was a fair deal. I bought it for my husband and he has only used it once. So far the thr cut throat razor has done a beautiful job! No more desposoble razors! Hes never used one before but managed to do a whole shave taking his time. Love that I had a question and response from this company was extremely fast. I live in region QLD and like I said delivery was extremely fast! Will be buying from Cut Throat Club again when we need to stock up on accessories like the razor oil for sure 👌
