They should be reported for false advertising x
And to get in touch with them is insane.

These "premium dentures" are nothing but 2 flat small pieces of plastic!! I tried to email them and tell them that I wanted a refund and it keeps saying that that "inbox is full and cannot receive messages". WHAT A RIP OFF!!!

Glad I checked out this company Cvioert, it's a Chinese company to begin with, so I Googled it and found the trust pilot reviews and I am glad that I did.
I thought that I smelled a SCAM

Thanks for sharing your experience with this fraudulent company. You saved me money. I really wanted to believe this was an answer to my prayers and to be able to eat and smile.
This advertising needs to be shut down. They should be jailed for this fraudulent criminal act.

I mistakenly ordered from this thinking I was going to to actually get something, no I can’t even send them an e mail,keeps coming back website is all the same thing total scam, I’m out that 65$ and won’t ever look at any advertising on sites that I thought would have checked out their advertising at least to make sure they are not just taking people for all their worth, lesson learned 🤨

I spent over 40.00 and they sent me 11.93 which was non negotiable..the worst company EVER..DONT BUY FROM THEM EVER!!!!!

I haven’t ordered the cvioert dentures because of the reviews I have read. I’m sorry about the people that lost money to the scammers but hopefully they can get a little comfort out of knowing their reviews make a difference. Me and my wife both wanted these dentures and we were getting ready to drop almost $100 on them but thanks to this site and the reviews this company is not getting my money.

Please nobody buy dentures from this site total scam not as advertised carnt even email them for refund as email just bounces back as unable to deliver might as well put your hard earned money in the bin total scumbags doesn't even deserve the 1 star had to do it to write review

I ordered their dentures a week ago, but never said how long it would take. In their email they have a link for your Order Details but when you click it, it comes up as 'Site can not be reached'. Sent an email to them and Gmail said it couldn't be sent because tgeir inbox was full. Tried to go to their website that I have saved in my bookmarks and again says 'Site can't be reached'.

3 major red flags right their! Will be calling my credit card to dispute the charges!

My partner is pretty good when spotting a scam but this one even got past him. They arrived today and wasn't remotely what was advertised. He paid $75 through Afterpay so its gonna be a bit of trouble trying to get a refund. These scammers need to be investigated and taken down.

Total scam it's not just the money. I gifted these to someone special to me as $ for dentist don't exist. I'm discussed people would do this not a joke don't buy people

Unfortunately I purchased these fake dentures before looking at reviews. They are absolutely nothing like they are advertised. I’ve seen better fake dentures in gumball machines. I’m in the process of reporting them to the BBB. Shame on them for ripping people off.

Like everyone else here, except someone that apparently managed to read the other reviews here in time to prevent their being scammed, and another reviewer advising people if they have been scammed to ring their banks for help in getting their money back, with it not being definite if that particular person was actually scammed, I have found out the hard way that literally everything about this company is a scam, with them behaving literally as you would expect like a bunch of crooks! I placed an order through a YouTube advert and link to their website that i kept being confronted with on YouTube and literally from placing an order with this firm on 28/12/2025, everything has gone very badly wrong or been very unfavorable concerning not just mine but any customer's fair and legitimate interests, with a common and definite visible pattern of this company trying to get the better of such interests by whatsoever means possible! I haven't actually received these wonder dentures; there has been something sent to me which is now with Yodel, which I understood from the customer service person there that it does not have a sufficient address on it for it to be deliverable! The customer service person at Yodel said I would receive an email from them within the next twenty four hours, which didn't happen, but what has happened is that I have now received by WhatsApp, which I never gave this firm any permission to use, three absolutely identical messages asking me to contact the logistics company which I did on receipt of the first. With the third message saying exactly the same thing being received today, 11/01/2026, I sent this firm a message to tell them I am blocking them and reporting them to Whatsapp! I have noticed this firm takes no proper notice of what one says in one's Whatsapp messages to them and appears not to be reading the contents at all properly because one always receives a not properly relevant and inadequate response to those messages, so it appears they are deliberately not talking any proper notice of what one has said in their always polite but inadequate replies, even after telling them as I did yesterday, that they are scammers and a bunch of crooks with regards to my own experiences and those of the 41, at the time I looked a couple of days ago, other reviewer's experiences on Trustpilot here! If I had seen the other reviews here in time I would never have bought from this company; please make sure you are not scammed like almost everyone else here! The only ones who have not been apparently scammed here, as you will currently see, are two people that have apparently erroneously awarded five stars in their reviews, that are trying to warn people against buying from this company, with the content of literally all reviews of this firm being entirely negative as you will see! I don't know what will happen further in my case at this stage, but I will update this review if there becomes something further relevant to add, but I am now thinking that it might possibly be to my advantage that this package and whatever is in it is currently not deliverable to me?! My apparent financial loss, being the total paid to this firm using my debit card on their website is £39.17p, and I am generally regarded as being a sensible person; PLEASE DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY! (Update today 14/01/2026: The package containing these 'dentures' was delivered to me unexpectedly by Yodel yesterday, without me doing anything further, but the contents turned out, as by then expected to be, only joke, halloween, costume party, or toy quality, instead of the serious dentures represented in the YouTube advertisement! I talked to someone from the Fraud Section at my bank this afternoon and I think it is now looking hopeful that I will be helped towards getting my money back, so hoping for the best!) (I had reason to use my bank's telephone self service system later today, and found the £39.17p has been at least provisionally, already credited to my account, so already definitely looking good!) (Update today 20/01/2026: Received a letter from my bank today telling me they have finished their investigation, and the disputed amount of £39.17p has been refunded to my account! To encourage others that have been scammed: PLEASE reach out to the Fraud Section of your bank for help; I almost did not thinking I was to blame having myself made the payment to these scammers, but ultimately did so following the advice of the other reviewer here mentioned above, to whom I am now very grateful!)

This product is absolutely a lie. Not only did the package take almost 20 days, but what I had my trust, money and hopes in, caused nothing more then disappointing, emotional anguish, and severe depression. How is this still being advertised? This is illegal!
