I bought one of their CV: s for 19 SEK. A week after this they drew 340 SEK from my account without any notification in advance. This was not any service I wanted nor bought.

When I log in to their account it says I have a free account and in paypal their name is resume.io with other contact details.

I have mailed and called CVkungen on their mail and phone number but it says the number is not in use. I called Paypal they say the name of the company is resume.io.

Avoid this company, they are scams without any morals.

I bought a service for 19kr and they took 350 sek from my account without any warning. It was a 7 day trial, after that without any kind of notification they took money out of my account. It's the worst company, I've never been more disappointed in any kind of service. It's a scam and please, never pay anything to them. It's just disgusting practice and I will never use that page again. I have the same problem as a few people below, so it's not only me. It's a shame.

I used the service for 19 SEK, but then I forgot to cancel the premium subscription. The money has been debited from my account, but I am not satisfied with the service and would like a refund.

I have contacted customer support multiple times, but they have not been helpful. They keep saying that the transaction failed and that their account has not received the payment. However, I have checked my bank statement and can see that the money has been debited.

I am very disappointed with the customer service and the fact that I am being charged for a service that I do not want. I would not recommend this company to anyone.

Easy and quick

The product itself is quite good, although it has an odd scoring system (best to ignore it tbh) and unfortunately you can't really edit the templates afaik if you want to change certain details. Use it but be smart about it, remember to cancel before the month subscription starts cause it's certainly not worth 350 kr for just one month. I mean how am I meant to afford that if I'm trying to get a job right now :/

Like other i also used the service once (19kr) to download the CV but then again after 7 days got deducted (340kr) which i was out of nowhere and i hope i get a refund since i don't use the service anymore.

As many others have written, I made a CV and paid for the subscription that was 19kr which I cancelled after downloading the CV. One week later, I recieved a PayPal notification saying that a 340kr transaction has been made to the site.

Warning ⚠️ do not buy anything from CVKungen if you have any trouble they just referee you to paddle.net and well, don't take my word for it, check trust pilot and rate your chance to get anything back.

Anyone who says this is a thief so stay away and don't buy anything from them. Protecting your bank is a thief and your money will be withdrawn every month.
