I have had an extremely unpleasant experience with CVmaker. Despite purchasing the service, I did not receive any of the promised emails, including the ones with login details or any other information regarding the membership and automatic renewal terms.
I was never informed about the automatic payment process, and the company did not warn me before charging my card. This lack of communication and transparency is both unprofessional and misleading.
I have already reached out to the company to request a refund, but I have not received a response. This situation is unacceptable, and I will be taking further action if necessary.
I strongly advise others to be cautious when considering using this service. The lack of customer support and clarity is a serious concern.

Unauthorized Subscription and Payment – Immediate Cancellation Required
I recently discovered that CV maker have been charging me 329 SEK monthly for a subscription I never knowingly signed up for. When I initially purchased your CV template for 29 SEK, there was no clear indication that I would be enrolled in a recurring subscription, nor did I provide explicit consent to such charges. Additionally, I did not register an account or agree to any ongoing payments on your website.
This practice is highly deceptive and may constitute a violation of consumer protection laws under the EU Consumer Rights Directive (2011/83/EU) and the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). You have processed payments without my informed consent, which is illegal.
I demand the following actions immediately:
Cancel any active subscription associated with my email and payment details without any further charges.
Provide a full refund for all unauthorized charges taken from my account.
Confirm in writing that my personal data has been removed from your system in compliance with GDPR.
If you fail to comply, I will escalate this matter by filing a formal complaint with:
Konsumentverket (Swedish Consumer Agency)
The European Consumer Centre (ECC Sweden)
The Swedish Data Protection Authority (Integritetsskyddsmyndigheten – IMY)
The Swedish Cybercrime Unit (Polisen – IT-brottssektionen)
I expect a prompt response confirming compliance with my requests. Failure to act immediately will result in legal escalation.

I paid an amount of money to get access…
I paid an amount of money to get access for 14 days. After some time they take money that is not even triple the othre amount instead so much more. When i try to cancel my membership it tells me to put the email I used to create an account. When I do it says that they can't find my account. Is that a way to keep taking money from me?
