Already wrote you about the issue via email. You told that I've registered. But I'm 80 years old woman, I don't use any service, because I don't need and didn't ever need it.
This message writes my son. I don't speak English, but I still was eligible to subscribe to your services? How could I do that?
and now you want to charge me 90 Euro for what I never purchased?

Public Awareness – My Experience with Cvneed
I’m writing this to share a disappointing experience I had with Cvneed, a platform that initially appeared to offer free CV-building services. However, after creating a CV, I was unexpectedly charged a €30 monthly subscription—a subscription I never knowingly agreed to.
There was no clear warning or transparent communication indicating that I was entering into a paid plan. I only discovered the charges after receiving emails about unpaid invoices totaling over €247,74
I believe this kind of practice is misleading and unethical, especially when targeting users who are simply trying to build a CV to improve their job opportunities.
If you've had a similar experience or feel this is unfair, I encourage you to speak up too. Transparency and fairness should always come first.
@Cvneed – I kindly ask you to address this matter and ensure no one else has to go through the same situation.

I had a very disappointing experience with CVNeed. This service feels like a scam, designed to fool people with hidden charges and improper communication. They charged me €35 for a subscription I was unaware of, and I never received any clear notification about starting a paid service.
The terms of the subscription and cancellation policy were not properly communicated, leaving me blindsided by the charges. To make matters worse, I never even used the service to download or utilize any CVs.
Their practices seem misleading, and I strongly advise others to be cautious when engaging with this platform. Transparency and clear communication should be a priority, but unfortunately, that was not my experience with CVNeed.

Compleet scam. I reacted on an job advertising only. They wrote that the job was no longer available. (I wonder if it ever was) And they started sending me invoices and last minute payment requests to avoid extra cost please be careful this is a scam.
CVneed replied that they couldn't find me in their system, thank you CVneed to admit this inline to trustpilot. If I don't exist why do I receive reminders and threats for extra costs to pay your invoices whilst I don't exist ???? CVneed is an online scam targetting jobseekers.

I went google for a search of how to write CV and I saw this and i tried to use it, even though it was not successful and only for me to receive a mail to 60€ that I have subscribed to their website which I have not and the most annoying thing is that you can not even cancel or unsubscribe and no reply from them when you write them. I promised to pay but will not and I will be going to the police for the right working department to report this. With proves

WARNING: CVNeed is a Scam – My Personal Experience
Attention
I’m writing this to warn you about CVNeed, a website I recently had the misfortune of dealing with. Based on my own experience, I can confidently say that this platform is a **scam** and operates with deceptive practices. Unfortunately, I fell into their trap, and I want to share what happened so you don’t make the same mistake What Happened to Me:
1. Hidden Fees: I signed up for what I thought was a free , but I soon discovered that CVNeed charges users without clearly disclosing the costs upfront. The website never made it obvious that I was agreeing to a paid subscription
2. Impossible to Cancel: When I realized what was happening, I immediately sent an email to cancel my subscription. I was clear and timely with my request, but they completely ignored me. No response, no acknowledgment—nothing.
3. Surprise Invoice: Despite my cancellation attempt, I later received a bill for €90 out of nowhere I was shocked and frustrated because I had done everything right to stop the service.

I found Cvneed, I put my Information in their Website because I need it to create an account (an account , not a país suscription) while creating my user they did not asked me for any payment Information so I was ok, they never specified that after 30 days of having just an account I need it to pay 30 euros. So I thought , ok, I got my CV now I will cancel my the account which was impossible, every time I log into my account to delete was not just charging that Site of the website, so I sent them an email to cancel my suscription after paying already 30 euros , I think they did it but they Said I still need it to pay another month. Its just Not fair to pay. I‘m still looking what to do.

Scammers posing as a resume-building website create an account on your behalf and then demand payment for unclear services. They illegally collect your personal data from the resume you fill out on the site and use it for fraudulent purposes.

CVneed is a scam.
They make you subscribe their paid plans without even your knowledge and start sending reminders for payment.
These reminder emails even go to SPAM folders and are never to your INBOX.

This is a scam website. They will automatically subscribe you to their website by just clicking on the website. They emailed me that I have subscribed to their services and need to pay a bill of 1,650 Swedish krona. Which is a big lie because I never made any subscription with them. I am immediately reporting the case to the authorities

Unfortunately i am in a country where law protect their consumers. So i will this wesite for sure. Because they ruining my work and college life. Being a depression and cause of stress for me. Because they don't have manners how to talk. I will definitely go with law. Money is not big issue. The issue is why i give you my bank detail. Second issue is, why i owe you money what's the reason. Be nice be kind. Otherwise do what you got to do. I will definitely go with my country irish law. As they will procced i will agree with them.

fraud company already shared a review "I have never used your website for any paid services. so dont jsut send random invoices like one you sent me with ID "YUMX7854286647". then also again sending invoices regarding premium and all those stuff

This is a scam company.
All the other reviews are right.
I registered with them for the trial period and then cancelled the subscription within 14 days trial period. Then they send me an email saying that I have to pay 30 euros + 21 euros of the following month. Unfortunately I ended up paying them because they threat to send it to a collection agency.
Also, the resume that you get isn't good at all. Too generic and nothing special.
Very very shitty services!!
DON'T USE THIS SITE FOR A RESUME!!!
BE CAREFUL!!

What can I say more that you are sending letters to my teenager daughter for months. I send you emails and I gave you my personal contact because I am her mother and as I told you before it's not normal to charge my 16 year old girl for a cv. What job do you find for her, what professional experience she has...it's absolutely absurd.
