This website is a scam watch out they trick you you into their premium subscription to get money out of you then they say weve send you several mails but they land in spam folder they do that on purpose. I did nit even give them my adress but today they somehow send me an paper to pay

Reply from Cvneed
First of all, i did not subscribe for their premium service but I signed up for a free service and somehow they turned it to a premium. I was surprised to get an invoice and paid thinking that it was one time payment but they kept on sending me invoices even after writing to them to cancel whatever subscription they signed me up for. Are EU authorities sleeping? How can a company scam people like this in the EU.

I had a horrible experience with this fraudulent website. They trick users into unwanted subscriptions and demand payments for services never used. Under EU law, just clicking a checkbox does NOT create a legally binding payment obligation, but CVNeed exploits this loophole to steal money from unsuspecting people. I only created an account, and they took my personal information, including my home address. When I realized how deceptive the website was, I refused to use their services or pay for anything. Yet, on March 3rd, they sent me a letter demanding €60, even though I never used their website.
This is fraudulent and unethical behavior, and authorities should shut them down immediately! If you have been targeted by this scam, do NOT pay—instead, report them to consumer protection agencies and consult a lawyer if necessary. ❌ Stay away from CVNeed! Warn others and protect yourself from this scam! ❌

While browsing the internet, I came across a website that I saw as free. Thinking it was free, I started filling it out but canceled the process. I absolutely did not provide you with my address details, not even my card information. And you sent an invoice to my home, and there is no phone number to contact you. I don’t understand how my premium membership started. Since I do not trust you and after doing some research, I came across bad reviews about you, which led to my distrust. On March 27, 2025, I went to the police station with a receipt and filed a complaint against you. I also reported you to consumer protection. I haven’t even filled out my CV, yet you are asking for about €134, and you say that if I don’t pay within 7 days, an additional €40 will be added. Please provide me with your phone number to contact you, or I will continue to not trust you.

Since I started mmm from zero and in short time managers mover me since I directly understand every position plus I speak 3 landiages fluently English Arabic and Romanian .
Recently i had to create CV for my job application, found a lot of online CV-creators and the gaze fell on "Cvneed". I thought that this is an average online-resource for making CV's like a lot of others.
But once upon i've noticed some e-mails from them in spam folder about subscription about which i wasn't aware of.
For your notice, i haven't pressed any buttons to subscribe and did not seen any pop-ups or checkboxes which provides an ability to do that.
Just suddendly i discovered that i have to pay them some bills (77€) that grows every month. I refused to pay because there's no any offer agreement or other law document fixing my responsibility to pay for subscription.
If you want to create CV - that's the wrong side. Definitely 1/5. Be careful.

It turns out that I am not alone. I'm being asked to pay too, and I don't understand why this is a direct violation of my rights! Why do such companies exist at all? And how can we fight them?

I recently had a terrible experience with this website, which is clearly designed to trick users into unwanted subscriptions. Under EU law, payments cannot be legally enforced just by clicking a checkbox. However, this site exploits users by making them unknowingly subscribe.
They collect your home address under the pretense of professionalism and later send an invoice, using threats of adding your name to a debt list if you don’t pay. This is an unethical and deceptive practice.
Authorities and lawyers should take immediate action against this company and hold them accountable for their fraudulent methods. This is a scam—do not pay them! Stay away from this website and warn others.

Total Scam – Stay Away!
I just got an email saying my "subscription" was renewed and I owe €94.50—except I never subscribed in the first place! Turns out, I’m not the only one. This site tricks people into signing up just by clicking a simple checkbox while making a CV. You think you’ll pay later with a proper secure method, but instead, they grab your real address (under the excuse of "professionalism") and start sending fake invoices.
This is a classic scam. In the EU, payments like this aren’t even legal! Anyone could sign you up with just your name and address. No real verification, no proper payment step—just a shady way to trap people.
If you get an invoice from them, DO NOT PAY. They have no right to take your money. Someone needs to take legal action against these scammers!
I'm not paying anything. End this BS. now

CVNeed is a 100% scam service that I had a terrible experience with. Automatical subscription made just to steal money from my old mum. You are cking bustards

I had a terrible experience with CVNeed. Without any clear information, they automatically subscribed me to their service and took my personal data, including my phone number and address. I never agreed to this!
When I tried to cancel, they demanded a payment just to unsubscribe, and every month, the cost kept increasing without my consent. This is unacceptable and feels like a scam. On top of that, I am a minor, which makes their actions even more unethical.
I strongly warn everyone to stay away from CVNeed. Their practices are misleading, and they trap people into paying for something they never signed up for. Avoid this site at all costs!
