This 5th generation of the DJI gimbal is well worth the upgrade. I decided to but the gimbal only as I don't really need the ancillary stuff which comes with the combo version. I prefer to use my skill to point the camera rather than use a tracking device. The electronic hande could be useful but can be added at a later date if needed. Anyway, this RS5 is a truly great upgrade. The balancing is now actually fun and easy. The additional weight capacity makes for a much greater user experience. It just handles really well. The automatic ulocking and positioning is great. At first I didn't think this would be such great idea, however, now that I've used this function it truly is a big plus.
