I came across CV Pilots from my friend who had his cv and cover letter done by Matt. After the initial consultation which was thorough and detailed, I waited anxiously as my expectations were high. At first glance of the initial draft I was underwhelmed, I noticed that Matt reduced my cv down to 1 page from 3. After having a follow up discussion I came to understand and see the flaws in my original cv, it was verbose, and lacked clarity. Matt has a great ability for not just writing but for structuring a clean, to the point, and professional looking cv. After a couple of revisions, I looked back at my original cv and simply couldn't stand the sight of it. It seemed cluttered, and long winded. Now I have a crisp, up to date, polished one-pager that summarized my strongest points and achievements and most importantly it's easy to read and sharp. The cover letter was also solid, I loved it at first glance. CV pilots really helped bring clarity to my hectic career and subsequent CV, one of their representatives took the time to listen to my entire journey and condensed 11 years of work into one simple but fact filled page.
