Previously expectations are usually low when it comes to hiring vans in our business. Until now! Our recent experiences with CVS have exceeded all previous experiences with other hire firms. Dealing with this firm has been remarkably easy and pleasant, mainly on account of their very helpful representative, Niaz. A cheerful individual who could not be more helpful and courteous. I no longer fear hiring a van. It is reasonably priced, clean & well maintained. I have full confidence with this company, and very reassuring to know they are there in Enfield on those occasions when an extra vehicle is required.

From a phone call at 9am CVS had us on the road in an immaculate and well maintained Luton van by 10:30am the same day.

The service agreement was simple and clearly explained. The prices clearly laid out. There were no hidden costs. When compared to competitors they appeared to be considerably cheaper.

The staff were friendly and knowledgeable. I cannot recommend them highly enough.

Best van rental company so far and I have used enterprise and so on but the level of customer service with prompt professional action from one of their staff members (Niaz) who has secured a van for me the last 3 times I hired one out without delay or any kind of confusion. I am also impressed and admire the fact he has remembered me and my name whenever I have come into their office. I have nothing but positive opinions and I will keep hiring from this company anytime I am In need because they always deliver.

I rented a small van for a fishing trip to Scotland. This was the second time I've used CVS for this.

The online booking process was straightforward and I also got friendly and helpful service on the phone. On collection day Niaz gave me a bell before time saying the van was ready - that was handy as it meant I could get going earlier.

The van was in good condition and I had no problems with it for the two weeks and 1500 miles I had it for.

Dropoff was quickly sorted and I pedalled home on my pushbike a happy customer. I would happily use CVS again.

Rented a 12 seater mini bus, perfect customer service from Niaz, answered all my questions before I rented it. Was given a very new model which I didn't expect especially for the low price. I would recommend and take again for future events.
