Issues resolved within a day
EDITED: I had some issues because I signed up with a dummy email but I was helped within a day and all seems to be resolved. They were very kind. It added to the feeling that there are actual real humans behind the scenes at this company.

Easy to use template but I couldn’t find a way to preview before downloading as a pdf so it was difficult to avoid text splitting over the page and keeping the length to under 2/3 pages.

With our unique what you see is what you get (WYSIWYG) online CV builder you don't need a preview button as your CV will look exactly like it looks on screen before you download as PDF. Page breaks are currently not displayed but this is something we are working on.
