The customer service is EXTREMELY slow and unhelpful. I asked multiple times for a refund, and it was not provided. Really awful website layout and the malware scan does not work because they provide no help on how to find out the bloody FTP credentials. Waste of time

Simply put, technical support is virtually non-existent.

I was left with the impression in the beginning before signing up that they would take care of all technical issues so that I would not have to worry about such matters.

Now I realize that solving technical problems are solely my responsibility.

Wish I could get the company's money back.

Unfortunately I did everything right, so the site told me how to set up your service, but it seems that your free plan is not free. That way I changed my nameservers to point to cwath. But what you hear is that my positions on google fell because of this service junk.

Dont do website security with this company they mess around with your meta tags and you loose your ranking with google and then your website becomes slower . It was a nightmare and then you have to tell customer services the same thing 10 times ...they are all foreigners with not much english ... had to tell them where the problems are as I have built several websites .. dont go with this company they dont care about your website and its problems

Comodo antivirus provides complete protection to android devices.
The mobile devices passwords and transactions are kept secured. Comodo antivirus is the best antivirus for android i have ever used. i would rate 5 stars for its performance.

No wait time for tech support in chat and phone support 24/7, 365 days...wonderful customer service. great features in less price that I never expected. Other competitors are charging way high than what comodo charges for the same product.

Awful company. Didn't fix my website, phoned me multiple times asking the same questions I had already answered via email. Didn't reply when I then said the problems were still there.

Communication was terrible, and led to my entire website coming offline.

A complete waste of time and money, I wish I had used someone else from the start.

My site just crashed and had no idea what the problem was, so although I was skeptic reading some of the negative reviews, I figured I would give this 'free' service a shot. They called me right away and I figured they would sell me something on there first call but turned out they were really helpful and although it took some time to clean my site they got it up and running within hours. Eventually they did make me a sales pitch for their protection plan but werent pushy about it. I figured i would subscribe to their medium plan, considering i didnt want another downtime headache and didn’t want to pay too much for it. So far so good.

Initially my choice is to go with the Basic Plan, it's good for Malware removal only. So tried with Pro plan, it's little difficult to understand. But Support team provides better guidance.

I used the free trial, it didn't give me the best result. The best thing is free malware removal. Now I moved to paid option now its fine security to my website.

Last month purchased cWatch premium plan with Instant Malware Removal the setup is quite difficult but there support team guided me well.

what a bunch of cowboys they. say they will help and fix your site but not until you sign up to there monthly progress of $9 . is a con . steer clear of these cowboys

I just setup cWatch today, the pro plan and it was a fairly difficult process, and I’m an experienced web developer. However the support staff were extremely helpful and after a few hours I did indeed wind up getting it setup perfectly, server everything over SSL and using their firewall, CDN and malware scanning and automatic removal.

I don’t know how well the system works just yet, the firewall does seem to be quite sensitive, but I can assure that although the DNS setup can be a little complicated the support staff will help you get it all resolved. If you’re worried about it being a scam ir making your website disappear, don’t worry - your website won’t disappear forever you’ll just need to tweak the DNS settings and the staff will help you to do that.

Worst experience! my entire site disappeared! I wasted hours of my life with tech support only to finally disable all their protections and then my site came up. Do not give them your cpanel information!
Do not connect your site with them. They kept saying it was on my end. As soon as I went through and unchecked all the protections my site worked again!

I started getting some ugly "deceptive site ahead" messages on google chrome when I accessed my blog. After some research, it was due to malware. I found Comodo cWatch service, I know the company for other security solutions and since they claimed they would clean my website for free, I decided to give it a try. I setup an account and entered my website details. After a malware scan I received an email that malware was found and my website was now clean. I said great, let's see if the message went away... well, actually the whole website went away... now it won't load at all. I contacted support and their response was "your website now have 0 malware, if it can't load you should contact your hosting provider". Really???... You broke my website and then refer me to my hosting provider?... It's like having an antivirus that wipes your hard drive every time you get a virus, and then their support says "your computer is now clean, go ahead and find someone to reinstall your OS".

Be very careful with this service, so you don't end up like me.

I was hesitant after reading the bad reviews but after all was done I was relieved. I asked them about any bad reviews they had and they were honest and direct with me letting me know that any issues they did have, their team had worked day in and day out to resolve everything. Needles to say my website is now malware free and I decided to keep it that way. Definitely a great product that has worked out any kinks

Terrible. This is not an option for a hacked website owner. When you are basically having a website down with all the stress - these guys expect you to monitor the process, take their calls at random times and talk to you as if you are stupid because you don't understand their terminology.

Don't offer a service that says you will fix a hacked site in half an hour if you can't do it, and even worse require the site owner to spend hours of his time getting involved.

Yes, they say free - but that's because they want you to take their protection service for money. As my mom used to say 'You get what you pay for'. If you are serious about your site as I am, and need help when it's all down - use somebody else. I did eventually, after 48 hours of chaos, stress and upset I managed to get somebody that knew what they were doing.

Don't normally tend to do these type of reviews, but decided to add this in the hope it might help others when looking at getting help fixing their website.

A customer told me that my website had a page showing an image and music and 'hacked by darkshadow' .. with it coming up to the busiest time of the year for me it was very stressful to hear this so I googled and found that comodo offered to fix my website for FREE ...

I signed up after being re-assured that they would remove the hack and get it fixed very quickly (in a few hours)... what actually happened was nothing like I was told.

It took 3 days, continual phonecalls often at un-reasonable times of the day and at the end my website still wasn't totally fixed!

Their service relies heavily on the user doing most of the work and running their scan software. If you don't understand ftp,php,ssh (which I didn't) then it's very confusing and a little unnerving. If you are non technical my advice would be to look for another service that does all this for you rather than using comodo. They use indian call centers / chat operators and whilst the people I spoke were polite, they just didn't get it that I needed help understanding the various technical terms and processes they used.

It wasted 3 days and having a hacked busy site showing hacker content for 3+ days after being told it would be sorted quickly was extremely stressful. The joke was that after they failed to sort my site they tried to up-sell another product to me to keep me protected!

So in summary, if you need help fast and are non technical look elsewhere...there are better alternatives. I ended up going to another site who cleaned the whole site very quickly and all I had to do was provide my hosting info - they did the rest.
