Very unprofessional! I've sent emails & direct messages on IG regarding my order that was supposed to Been shipped out October 18,2016. It's now October 25, && I've yet to hear back from the company. My tracking number doesn't work. The customer service number on the IG profile doesn't work!! I'm highly upset!! && will NEVER order again!!

I've been waiting over two months. Still no product. Everytime I call them they tell me its been shipped. I only received one of the two items I've ordered. Not worth the risk.

I just received one of the 3 items I ordered from Want My Look . The original order date was Sept 12, 2016 . A few days ago I received the Izzy Mini Dress which is of poor quality and looks cheap. Want my Look uses cheap fabric and the sewing is so bad I would never wear this tackie dress . I have still not received the Randi Lace Up Boots or the Corina peep toe boots . I do not want them anymore and I again requesting a refund of $78.97 which is the balance left over after I deduct the $59.00 price they charged me for the cheap looking dress . Please refund my Cc immediately or I will take legal action against your company . I want my money back within 5 business days. I have contacted my bank to file a fraud complaint and I am very upset . When a company like " Want My Look" commits this kind of fraud threw the use of mail and received the funds but does not ship the products it constitutes mail fraud and I will file a legal claim with small claims court if I don't receive my money back.

I ordered a black dress , black boots and a pair of short boots and none of the items ever arrived that was a month ago . I emailed Want My Look 5 times with no reply . I want my money back so I am going to my bank to file a complaint . They should be called " Want My Crook " I was ordering for a party I was going to and ended up not receiving any of the outfits and had to purchase from another store. Don't order from these crooks . Want My Look sends out fake USPS tracking numbers and when the customer try's to track the package the shipment was never sent . This is a terrible company and if I don't receive my order or get my money back I am going to sue them in small claims court for fraud .
I will update this notice when Want My Look pays my money back to my CC

I ordered a black dress from them. The shipping was fast. But the dress did not look anything like it was on the photo. This is the biggest scam site out there. Keep your money and dont order from these people.

There was no tag attached to the dress. I shipped it back I am just hoping to get my money back.

All the clothes look and feel cheap.

I bought a dress off want my look for New Years and the dress came in a week before my event and of course they sent me the wrong dress. I emailed them specifically saying that I want the right dress if I return the wrong dress and they told me to send the dress back and they will pay for the shipping. Not only did they not refund me for the shipping but they refunded half the money for the dress back!!! ! I called and emailed a million times and they still have not responded. So I pretty much paid this website free money for a dress I never received. This same situation happened to my best friend so i suggest to NOT buy off this website unless you want you're money taken from you! THIS WEBSITE IS A SCAM DONT WASTE YOURE TIME OR MONEY

Same experience as other users pretty much. Ordered something, then when it didn't turn up after 2 weeks they said it wasn't in stock. After around 2 months they stopped replying to emails and couldn't get hold of them by phone. As I paid by debit card, I contacted my bank and they refunded the money I'd paid to wantthelook and HSBC started their process to investigate and get the money back.

They are rogue traders and should definitely be avoided. I would recommend to others being scammed by this company to try to get a refund through their bank or credit card provider.

Basically that is what happened to me. But what I really want is to thank one reviewer (John Smith) who explained exactly what to do to get the money back which I did successfully.

I also want to thank Truspilot for the great site.

Payment has been taken from my account straight after placing the order. After I couple of weeks I received an email telling me the delivery has been delayed. In the end I cancelled my order because I was waiting already for 2 months. They replied and said will refund, 1 month later still no money back. Beware!

I was shocked when I saw the ratings for wantthelook and a couple of other sites... I sincerely suggest parfumedreams.de, they charge 5e for the delivery, free if it's over 35e and I got my stuff in 5 days. They answer emails, call you if something is wrong... Seriously, try them out!

I have used a few times now so am used to their long waits for delivery, which I don't mind. However, on my most recent order a remark was made on my delivery note that an item was out of stock and I was due a refund. They have had my money for 3.5 weeks now and I'm still waiting for my refund! The products sold are genuine but the customer service is abysmal!

Original order date was February 10th. At the start of March still no delivery. 2 days to reply to an e mail. Phone call to them resulted in me being told they did not have product in stock. They would keep me updated by e mail!!
1 week later a poorly packaged product arrived broken. The £46 a bottle shampoo had all leaked out. Made contact, they asked for photos, I obliged. They did at this point agree to send me a new bottle. They said they would mail immediately. Next day they called to say it was not the shampoo in stock but the conditioner.
On 24th March I was e mailed to say the shampoo had been dispatched on next day delivery. On March 31st I e mailed them to ask where delivery was. They e mailed me that the shampoo had been originally dispatched on 3rd March (the broken one!!!!) and that I had collected it.
Bum and elbow sprung to mind!!!
Finally on 3rd April I was e mailed saying they were going to refund me my money. How long will this take, as today the 7th April, still nothing. No surprise.

Similar to other reviews. I ordered my products on 26 December. Had to chase them on 10th January. Advised product was out of stock and given the option to cancel the order, which I did. I was told the refund would be dealt with within 30 days. I should have had my money back on 10th February, I am still waiting. E-mails go unanswered, tomorrow is a phone call, but I don't hold out much hope

I purchased a single tub of hair wax on the 29th Nov, received a despatch note nearly two weeks later, then the item finally arrived on the 30th Dec. No communication between the initial order and the despatch note. Poor service.

They failed to fulfil my order blaming their suppliers for running out of stock. I was patient enough for a long time - I have waited for more than a month for the delivery but when they stopped responding to my emails enquiring about estimated delivery dates, I had to cancel the order. I asked them to proceed with the refund asap as they showed nothing but the appalling services. They came back saying that they will refund as per Government Distance Selling Regulation, which implies that the funds will be refunded within 30 working days. They USE YOUR MONEY TO MAINTAIN THEIR WORKING CAPITAL, WHILE YOU ARE WAITING FOR YOUR ORDER WHICH THEY DON'T EVEN HAVE. I still have not received my money back DO NOT BE FOOLED by the good reviews and the low prices - they are just cheating bastards. Note, that it is not even a company - I found no records to them in Companies House and enquiries with HMRC found that it is either a sole trader or a limited partnership. DODGY SELLER - STAY AWAY.

I have had a similar experience to other reviewers, ordering Aveda products, only to be told a week later that they had issues with the supplier. I gave it another week then decided to cancel my order. Upon doing so I was told the money would be refunded into my account within 20 working days. It is now 24 working days later and my money has still not appeared in my account despite politely requesting action. This practises of this company are disgusting and I would urge others not to be tempted by the various discounts they offer - seeming funded by dragging out refunds to boost their cash flow! NEVER AGAIN!!!!

I got ripped off twice by previous companies 'selling' the same product. The first one couldn't provide the product I'd paid for and the second one failed to respond to my order at all resulting in me having to contact trading standards. 3rd time lucky in my case. Wantthelook.com provided exactly what I'd asked and paid for with no hassle. Very reasonable prices and free delivery. I have no issues with this company at all and would like to thank them for finally putting right what other companies had previously mucked up. Thank you!!

I wish I'd read some of the reviews on here before buying from this company. They took my money but didn't have the stock to send and didn't let me know. I had to chase to find out why I hadn't received it. Eventually recieved it but so late I had to buy my products elsewhere as well as I needed them. The worst bit is that I wrote to them to say how bad an experience I had had, and they haven't even acknowledged my email so clearly don't care.

DON'T go near this company....as the previous reviewer states, they will take your money knowing full well they can't fulfill your order. They will not tell you this but they will take your money anyway and will not give it back no matter how much you ask.
See the reviews left on another popular review site but don't be fooled by the good reviews and/or the low prices - if they haven't got the goods you won't know til it's too late! NOT WORTH THE HASSLE - this company has no morals!!

THE VERY WORST on-line shopping experience I have ever had.
Don't bother to tell you they do not have items in stock at time of ordering.
They then hold on to your money for weeks on end blaming their supplier when really they should have said the item was out of stock.
Had to get Paypal involved, get heavy with them and beg for my money back after still not receiving anything after 8 weeks. And yes all that time they had hold of my money. A sucker for a bargain I placed another order and the same thing happened. Twice bitten twice shy - they are off my list all together now.
