We received a very well set-out and comprehensive level 2 RICS Homebuyer Survey for the house we're hoping to buy. Myles, our surveyor, was extremely helpful before and after the survey, answering some questions we had. We felt the service we had was great, and we wouldn't hesitate to recommend CWH Surveyors.

Great service , easy clear communication

CWH Surveyors were very thorough…. I was going to buy a bungalow that I knew demanded a lot of attention as it needed updating, however I was made aware that the roof needed to be re felted and chimney stack needed work too. After much deliberation we decided not to go ahead with the purchase. The roofer said the work he had done was fine…. But then he is going to say that!!! I think it is money well spent…. Certainly recommend CWH … from either reconsidering your purchase or renegotiating!!

We cannot stress enough how pleased we are that we used CWH Surveyors to provide us with a reliable and detailed report on a potential property.
The cost of the survey far outweighed the potential costs involved to repair and maintain the property had we decided to proceed with the purchase.
The report was extremely detailed and thorough explaining in detail how the property’s condition was and what could be expected and changed.

Professional and thorough service. The support provided was very helpful, starting from the initial discussion through to issuing the report and a post report discussion. The report covered all the areas, but the summary at the end on focus areas was helpful.
