I had an iron infusion today and I would like to thank everyone for treating me with such kindness, you made me feel at ease once the infusion started as I was extremely nervous. Everything went smoothly, currently no adverse side effects or reactions. I highly recommend this service. I would also like to thank James who helped me get booked in and was very quick to answer emails.
I hope to start feeling better very soon now. Thank you again everyone 🙏
Please look at all the reviews for this company. They have changed names several times. Sustainable Change, The Sports Dietician, CWP compliance, Edinburgh Lifestyle....
Be warned.
Zero stars in reality.
They catch you at your most vulnerable. I felt such a fool for falling for the hype and unwittingly parted with £2k. Then I got the contract after it was signed (see below).
Long and short of it, I managed to get a full refund via my bank's chargeback scheme.
Erroneous dietary information (which is not personalised, just downloaded and appears to fit your requirements) however, I have diverticulitis and my 'coach' - a nutritionist (not a dietician) gave me potentially harmful diet instructions. The 'contract' was also signed, but they signed it - as my email moniker was used. NO cooling off period. I tried to explain that the full-on requirements of the initial 2 months (it wasn't explained that it costs you £2k for just 2 months) would not fit with my busy working life. Got a call from a 'psychiatrist' who said I needed some psych help as I was unable to work this plan into my schedule. I nearly told her then and there to chuff off. At the end of the day, I got my money back, others have not been as lucky.
So, please be warned.
An absolutely shocking company. They are only receiving a single star at all, as I could not leave a review otherwise. I would give them minus if I could.
This company prey on the vulnerability, naivety and kind nature of individuals to sign them up to extortionately overpriced “plans”. They are nothing short of charming, engaging and thoughtful to draw people in (flowers, gifts, friendly phone calls) until you have parted with your money then they toss you aside. On top of that they are then impossible to engage once you might find yourself in a situation whereby you require real support, or to discuss your ongoing financial commitment. For a company that prides itself on health and wellbeing, I find it disgusting they show zero care, compassion or courtesy towards their members even during a period of serious decline in physical health.
My mother has sent thousands of pounds to this scam of a company and if this review helps even one individual avoid such stress and loss then I will rest a little easier.
Please avoid at all costs. They are not the engaging, friendly, supportive company they would lead you to believe. They will take your money, ignore your emails, and then go as far as blocking your attempts to make contact.
I had watched endless videos and taken notes, as instructed but I couldn't see what TSD was offering.
The day came for my introductory call, I felt excited like today was the first day when my life would change.
Alex didn't call but a side kick, who had the same tone as Alex. All his questions were leading and it felt like there was a script which was making me say certain things. One question was "if you carry on gaining weight at this rate how will you feel in 5 years" it was a stumbling block and as I didn't give the correct answer the call ended abruptly, with the guy saying he'd send more videos! Luckily he didn't and I got left alone. I knew the program was expensive, at £275 a month but I was desperate and prepared to give it a go.
I realize now people are paying a lot more. Don't believe the positive reviews. A lot to me seem AI generated. I have now joined The Fast 800 for £30 a month and am seeing results, with not too much effort.
PS It could just be me but the interviewers tone felt quite aggressive. Other people may not sense this, I felt so let down by all their promises which is what prompted me to write a review.
I am also confused about yet another name change. It was called something before The Sports Dietician and now it has the catchy name CWpCompliance
Initially were lots of text messages, which highlighted issues, but I could not commit to the paid course. I was not pressured to buy and I was sent a free Metabolic Mastery course, which looks great and I have started it already. Thank you
BE WARNED!
After showing interest on a FB post, I received an unsolicited telephone call from Alex Neilan.
It was 2 days after my Mum died and I was devastated. I told Alex of my Mum's death and that I was confused, feeling lost and not thinking straight.
Alex told me that now was the time to invest in me and in my future.
He skillfully cajoled and manipulated me. I said I was not in a good place to make wise decisions, but Alex kept talking at me until I paid almost £7,000 for a TSD programme.
I did not sign anything and tbh I was so consumed by grief that I did not hear or comprehend there was no cooling off period.
In the following weeks all my energies were taken up with registering my Mum's death, arranging her funeral, and taking necessary action as her estate Executor.
I did not have the time or energy to engage in the TSD programme.
Emerging from the initial fog of grief, I realised I'd made a big mistake in signing up for a programme which demanded so much commitment.
So I contacted TSD, explaining the situation and respectfully requested a full refund.
Initially, the TSD staff members I spoke with were sympathetic, asserting that I should never have been signed up when consumed by grief.
Two different staff members promised a full refund both orally and in writing, taking my bank details to arrange the bank transfer immediately.
But then Alex Neilan overrode that promise.
He wrote that he was concerned for my wellbeing and, eventually, issued a 50% refund, but said I clearly "needed" the benefits of the TSD programme.
I stated that I could not trust the person who manipulated me into handing over almost £7,000 just 2 days after my Mum's death.
However, he refused to issue a full refund - despite written evidence that TSD had promised it.
Having listened to a number of Alex's FB posts and experiencing his approach first-hand, he is a hard core salesman and ruthless.
This has undoubtedly contributed to his success in business, but BE WARNED if you're in a vulnerable state. He took advantage of my vulnerability to his financial benefit.

This is a very expensive programme and in my opinion not worth the money. Very pushy sales techniques are used to try and get potential clients to sign a contract which waives the 14 day cooling-off period. BEWARE, I would not recommend this organisation.

I admit I was skeptical, but I couldnt be happier I've taken the plunge. The support has been phenomenal. In just under a month there has been so much positive change, including nearly 1 stone weight loss that I had been struggling for months to get anywhere near. More than this I've gained a better mindset, am happier, developing new habits, feeling back in control. The program gives you personalised clear guidelines, sensible, practical and achievable targets and a level of support, engagement and genuine care that has exceeded all my expectations. I cannot recommend the program highly enough. If you're wavering.. just do it.
I’m pleased to say the company has now refunded me in full, and I appreciate that they ultimately honoured this.
It did, however, take around 12 weeks and a lot of follow-up (including seeking external advice) before the matter was resolved. I hope that in the future the process is smoother for other clients.
Overall, I’m pleased this has been settled, but I feel it’s important to share my experience so others are aware of the timescales involved.

Since joining TSD 7 weeks ago on a scholarship I haven’t looked back! I’ve lost a stone and dropped one dress size already. You get so much support from the multi disciplined team from the moment you sign up, from sleep expert, mindset coach etc. I have a tailored meal plan worked out for me and options to swap out food, and it’s foods that I like…not chicken, veg and boiled rice!
My coach Andy has been amazing! I can always reach out to him if I’m having a bad day, got questions or need help with my exercises. His responses have always been caring with my best interest at heart and I fully trust him.
Then there’s the Facebook inner circle group where you can reach out for support and tips from people who are on the same journey as you and there’s plenty of inspiring people on there.
Lastly there’s Alex who has the biggest heart! What he is trying to achieve for people should be applauded. Teaching people how to lose weight safely and keep it off. He gives TRUTHFUL information about how to overcome difficult times/situations, food tips and is totally relatable to the everyday person with compassion and kindness. Sign up..you won’t regret it.
I started with TSD Sustainable Change just over 4 weeks ago. I had been struggling with weight lose for quite some time. Tried various methods of dieting but not successful. Since joining, the support from many disciplinaries of the SC team & Alex etc, has been amazing. Increased my daily behaviour, motivation & confidence. No quick fix, but gradual changes which work for me.
I would highly recommend Sustainable Change; it does work.

My weight has been fluctuating over the years, and before I turned 50 yrs I found it relatively easy to lose weight with jogging and attending the gym. Then Menopause descended and whatever I tried before the weight would not shift. I tried all the fad diets and joined different slimming clubs when I would lose some weight, but then put it on again and then some. I wore baggy clothes and avoided many social events , as I no longer felt comfortable with the excess weight and also hated my photo being taken. This made me feel miserable, and led to a decline in confidence. I didn’t like looking in the mirror.
Alex Neilan popped up on Facebook. I was intreaged by the different stories of many women who had lost weight going through the Menopause who had struggled to lose weight, which really resonated with me. At first I was a bit sceptical and thought it was a scam. Alex Neilan is registered through the HCPC and for those who are not aware of it, HCPC is a governing body for all health professionals, whose knowledge and skills are based on up to date evidence. I knew then that it was not a hoax and decided to take a leap of faith.
After the first 12 weeks I lost 10 kgs. I feel stronger, have more energy, feel so more much more confidence when going out. I’m absolutely ecstatic that I can fit into my favourite clothes with ease.
A huge ‘THANK YOU’ to Alex for giving me a Scholarship to continue on my journey. My coach Siobhra has been very supportive throughout. I really can’t thank her enough for her guidance, patience and encouragement. She has given me the willpower to drive forwards.
Every time I look in the mirror, I now smile at my reflection🙂.
For anybody who is afraid of taking this step, I would highly recommend it.
You are guided and supported by a multidisciplinary team of different professionals with different knowledge and skills sets. Putting yourself first is not selfish it’s empowering; enabling you to live a full healthy and happy life. This in turn provides you with the strength to look after your loved ones who may need it now or in later life. You will not regret it!

First thing I queried why they needed my phone number and email address to register for free information?
They replied on line and made some comment about me not being 'comfortable' with a phone call! No I asked a simple question as to why you needed both forms of contact when your sending FREE info.
Reading all the reviews, Im like many of you, offered free advise, which had turned into lots of questions, then told its £275 per month! Then when I dont answer straight away pushy texts ( im busy running my own business do working ).
Then made to feel guilty and justify why I cant afford £225 pm.
When I said it woukd be a financial strain all of a sudden there's a scholarship scheme ( offered at £225).
Luckily I have read the reviews and will not be continuing.
Be careful dealing with thus business, they are not transparent about what they are offering. Its not free and comes with pushy sales.
I will no doubt get a reply to this saying they didn't intend to be pushy blah blah blah......Fact yes you are, and that is backed up by the amount of complaints here. And remember not all bother you complain. Please be careful, some of you will be vulnerable and easily pushed into something you cannot afford.

I am amazed at my progress!! I am 6 weeks in to the Sustainable Change programme and already I feel like a new woman. The approach here is holistic - looking not only at weight loss but at your whole eating pattern and habits. Then you are encouraged to really look at who you are now and who you want to be. You are encouraged to really think about why you want to do this, who is going to benefit from the changes that will happen to you. There is a fully comprehensive team of people to help, support and guide you through. You are allocated your own personal Coach who will talk through everything with you and help you work out a programme of exercise and eating to fit in with your daily life and current activity levels. There are also Mindset Coaches available to help if you feel you have a mental block or are just finding things difficult. There are psychologists and physios to help when and if needed - just speak to your Personal Coach and it will be arranged. I have benefitted hugely from sessions with the physio. This really is not a diet BUT you will lose weight!! You will lose some of your worries and hang ups. You will gain confidence. You will gain knowledge about who you really are. It really is easy to do, easy to follow and easy to become who you want to be. Don’t think about it, just do it. I cannot recommend it strongly enough.

I was charged twice for this information, I assume, by accident, as the response didnt offer a refund as i can see, pla correct me if i have been refunded as i cant find one. The training support i received was, as far as I could gather, advisory and basic. I have not found this helpful. I will not be using this option.
Im seven weeks into my journey with TSD and Im so glad i decided to go for it. Yes, its not cheap, but thats not the same as poor value. In the time Ive been with TSD, ive had a lot of contact with a coach, who's supported me with diet and exercise changes and had lots of tips and useful information about changing my mindset about food and lifestyle. There is a lot of information to take on board, and sometimes it can feel overwhelming, but you have access to that information for as long as you want/need it, so can come back to things when you have time/headspace. Having tried a few other diets and seen little progress, I've lost c1 stone in 6-7 weeks, and feel hugely better in myself. Im confident that I will get to my goal weight in time. If youre prepared to fully embrace the process, you wont regret it.

I have recently completed a 12 wk course with TSD. To be completely honest, not worth it. Despite having finished the '12 wks' I am still getting the auto generated emails and messages saying welcome to week5, week6, week 7 etc..I have emailed the supposed HO on more than one occasion to advise of the errors and nothing. Still they come. I have had quite a few issues with the admin and lack of comms throughout the course journey. The initial take up is very much a hard sell as many have already adhered to and I am sure this has worked for many, but....in reality it is very much a well thought out marketing and sales plan. In fairness, probably the best of a very bad bunch of similar incentives within the fitness/lifestyle coaching industry. I was interested in the concept so took up the course knowing full well this was a big marketing ploy and I am sure their so called 'expert advisers' are on commission based sales. However, when I did speak to my allocated coach, he was very knowledgeable and pleasant to deal with, spoke a lot of sense about my own situation and also made me realise he was probably the only one in the real world on this merry go round of dreams. Our conversations were the only thing of benefit to my course. I lot a little bit of weight but it was all common sense reasoning tbh. I cannot see how it is possible for all these coaches to give the time to their clients via whats app/zoom etc. They all have too many and it is not very personal. The real icing on the cake and hilarious albeit very frustrating moment was when asked by a young lady in the office (I'm not divulging names here to name or shame) to give a review here. When I did not respond straightaway, I was asked why I had not done it, would I do it that day and given a 'guide' or form of template to promote what I said about my experience with TSD!! That was never going to work with me. I am sure as with many other ladies who have taken the plunge on this course, there are some very switched on individuals who can see through all the hype! Anyway, there you have it -make your own decision but I would not advise anyone part with their hard earned cash for this. Oh, I rest my case, another 'email' incoming from Alex N (I don't think so...)

A bizarre experience. After being led to believe this was a free service I contacted them & was asked lots of questions about my weight & lifestyle. We arranged a 'complimentary'phone call to talk further. This didn't happen because they then they hit me with the monthly fee to receive help. This fee is way over my budget so he then said he was sending me a video which would usually cost over £900 because he wanted to help. It was a very informative video (hence the 2 stars) but can be found by anyone on YouTube so why fib about that? I'm sure it's amazing if you can afford it but don't advertise as free because it's not.

I echo all the 1 star reviews before me. Although I didn’t fall into the trap of payments, once you are in the messaging system, the harassment is endless. Automated, long winded questioning and pestering if you don’t answer straightaway. Made to feel “special” by sending free video links that should cost hundreds! Feels very scammy to me. Delete, delete, delete!!
