The team were great at navigating a few different issues with replacing our hot water tank with a combi boiler. Very tidy and kept to their promised timeline.

Boiler installed in one day by a small team. They turned up on time and were neat and tidy. Gas safety certificate and warranties issued by e mail promptly. Would recommend

My existing central heating system had accumulated several major problems. Following discussions, I requested and later accepted a quotation for works including the removal of blockages from the system and a boiler replacement. The work was carried out professionally and within the quoted price. The team were flexible and very friendly. Any misunderstandings were resolved in my favour. I am a very happy customer and can wholeheartedly recommend CWS as your heating services supplier!

Great service from quote to completion. 4 radiators and a towel rail replaced along with a boiler service and a last minute request to replace the controller.

We had a quotation from Ben which was acceptable and Ricky arrived on time to change a radiator in our cloakroom and replace a faulty stop block. He also replaced a leaking outside waste pipe. He was very efficient and a tidy workman. He asked if we would like him to install a switch operated stop block and advised it would be more expensive but to us the convenience was obvious. He did a great job and we were very please with the quality of work . We would certainly recommend CWS to others and use them again in the future.
Unfortunately I was not able to use the correct term for the stop C as it was deemed inappropriate language by Trust Pilot !

The professionalism of this company was outstanding. They rang when they said they would; they arrived when they said they would; they provided excellent workmanship; the team of engineers were polite, respectful, calm, knowledgeable; nothing was too much trouble; they all worked exceptionally well together to install a new gas boiler and the new cylinder tank. I wish I had known about the company earlier.

The two CWS Plumbers were friendly, respectful but professional. They got on with the job and checked that my heating was working before they left.

My new central heating system was installed by CWS . The whole installation was superb from start to finish. The old back boiler was removed and a highly trained team of engineers worked efficiently and professionally to install a new Valiant boiler and new radiators. The team were polite , courteous and professional and nothing was too much trouble. By day three everything was up and running . All rubbish was removed and all clearing up was complete. I would highly recommend this company . Thank you to Ben and the team, the whole process was stressfree and all work carried out was of the highest standard.

I have used CWS on a few occasions. The contractors are extremely professional and have always done a brilliant and neat job. No messing. Just pure knowledge and ability. It’s a shame all contractors can’t match their expertise. Brilliant.
