Verve recommended me and 2 others for their monthly $9k sober living house

Verve recommended me for detox, inpatient and sober living after one drink in two months due to one of my triggers. Before the lapse I brought it up in group and with my terrible therapist Daryl, who is a two faced untrustworthy counselor. This was my second time at Verve. The first time was bad, this was worse. Run from this place- go to Kolmac or elsewhere! I am unemployed and Verve wasn't understanding that I needed time to work on a resume/application package by a tight deadline. That's why the harsh recommendation. Kolmac gives you grace to go to doctors' appointments, work on unemployment and job application stuff, they connect with you unlike the cult like feel at Verve. Avoid it at any cost!

Unprofessional

Can't get a hold of the office staff/no one ever answers the phone number. They don't file insurance properly so you end up paying out of pocket, even if you are trying to use insurance. If you get an email, it's usually unprofessional and condescending and they will blame you for the problem. Complete lack of accountability. They also leave fake 5-star reviews on their Google business listing so that's why I'm leaving a review here. For every honest/negative review on Google they leave 5-10 fake reviews with fake names. It's really ridiculous. This business owner has no scruples or integrity. Scam vibes.

BEING REPORTED TO THE AUTHORITIES

THIS COMPANY IS EXTREMELY UNPROFESSIONAL AND CONTRADICTS THEMSELVES IN PATIENT PAPERWORK, HIRING PAPERWORK, AS WELL AS THE ONBOARDING! MANY PATIENTS AS WELL AS WORKERS HAVE BEEN STOLEN FROM. I MEAN, THEY CREATE PROBLEMS WITH INSURENCE SO THE PATIENT HAS TO PAY, AND THOSE THAT DONT USE INSUREANCE HAVE HAD THOUSANDS, LET ME REPEAT, THOUSANDS OF DOLLARS STOLLEN FROM THEIR ACCOUNTS. EMPLOYEES COMPLAIN OF THE SAME! THIS COMPANY IS NOW BEING INVESTIGATED DUE TO THE INJUSTICE THEY DID TO ME WHILE IN THE PROTECTION PROGRAM. THEY MESSED WITH THE WRONG PERSON.. GOD BLESS, AND STEER CLEAR! UNLESS YOU WANT IN ON THE LAWSUIT LOL!

Hello; We are a small private practice, and have looked in all of our records but do not see that we have ever worked with you or ever even come in contact with you. For more context, could you advise of the following: how are you posting reviews against companies if you are in a "witness protection" program? -- In addition, we do not work with individuals who are in "witness protection programs." We also do not work with individuals who "HAVE..THOUSANDS, LET ME REPEAT, THOUSANDS OF DOLLARS" simply sitting in their bank accounts waiting to be stolen. The population we work with do not have that kind of money. They are often paycheck to paycheck or in need of food/shelter. This is why we give away hundreds of hours doing pro bono work every month (giving free services to women and children). ---How did you come to the conclusion that we "CREATE PROBLEMS WITH INSURENCE SO THE PATIENT HAS TO PAY, AND THOSE THAT DONT USE INSUREANCE HAVE HAD THOUSANDS, LET ME REPEAT, THOUSANDS OF DOLLARS STOLLEN FROM THEIR ACCOUNT?" How do you have access to other people's insurance or bank accounts? -- We don't have any "employees," so how did you come to the conclusion that "EMPLOYEES COMPLAIN OF THE SAME!" --- We aren't going through any lawsuits, but since you are claiming that you have sued then how are you posting about it on public reviews? (This is illegal, hence the reason we seek clarification). ---How can you comment on both hiring paperwork and patient paperwork? Are you claiming you were both a patient and an employee (which we do not even have any of)? Please clarify these facts for us as we can't properly address your comments without the additional context.

Feels like a scam

After attempting to get copy of my bills from you for over a year I recently posted my negative review. You submitted the first claim as agreed and it was covered, it's the 16 additional claims I'm trying to submit for the money you took from me through square reader.

Hello, as a response to all 3 of your comments: The posted picture isn't legible & doesn't have our business name anywhere on it. Again, we recommend you seek out inpatient mental health help. We had to call the police on you because you tried to physically assault 2 of our staff members. As we advised you 3 years ago, unfortunately we are unable to help you with your personality disorder and schizophrenia diagnoses (which you received from your previous hospital/psychologist) as you have no insurance coverage. All services would be self pay (which you stated you were unable to afford) and we recommend you seek out inpatient services due to the severity of your diagnosis and mental health needs (you requested for services over 3 years ago, we informed you we could not assist, and you've been stalking the company ever since *you even called and verbally assaulted/insulted a few of our staff members**. The individual appointments cannot assist you with the severity of your symptoms and due to your personality disorder and schizophrenia diagnoses. In addition, we cannot assist you since you had no insurance coverage and are fully responsible for the bills incurred. We truly hope you get the mental help you need and are seeking. Regards
