CXDojo responded to our post on Upwork. We first had a short call with their sales rep, Max, who asked about project details and our expectations as to the software. And in a couple of days, we already had a meeting with their tech consultant and project manager.

CXDojo helped us create a tool for aggregating business info from review platforms and directories. Overall, we received a working prototype in less than 2 months. So while they were polishing it, we already used the prototype for internal tasks. It’s great that we didn’t have to halt anything for long, waiting for the final version. As a person who knows what it takes to run a business, I like this approach. They delivered the ready software in 3 months.

I do recommend CXDojo to others. I appreciate their promptness, attention to our needs. And their communication was top at all times.

We needed technical leadership as we couldn't forecast how changes in technology would affect the entire business. We wanted to have a broader picture of the whole process. The CXDojo team developed an MVP scope and also provided us with a great Magento vendor.
They developed a strategic technology roadmap aligned with our business goals with the project's key objectives, important milestones, main deliverables, dependencies, and possible risks. This roadmap is very convenient and practical to use as we can choose any vendor in the future to continue working with our platform. I've found CXDojo to be very systematic in their approach. Everything is transparent, and we know what their progress is at any point in time. This extends to all their processes, including billing.

CXDojo provided the service of the project discovery phase ‒ the requirements were defined, and the scope & features to be included in the product. I also got a time and money estimate. They listed and prioritized the product functions that are most reasonable to implement in an MVP version of my app. They also went further and proposed technologies relevant to my business. The team provided us with weekly updates through email and Slack, and we had numerous meetings on Zoom and Google Hangouts. We had no issues with communication. In general, the project management was excellent at hitting deadlines and delivering the results that I wanted. I was delighted with their work. I needed help with my product ideation. Now, I know what features my product should have, how long it will take to create it, and how much it will cost. All this data and documents allowed me to create a comprehensive, detailed business plan for my investors.
