I recently attended Jenny’s workshop and it was fantastic. Beyond being fun and interactive, it was deeply insightful. What makes her approach unique is how she brings world-class customer service expertise to the small business community, teaching us how to implement gold-standard systems that are usually reserved for global industry leaders. I left feeling inspired and equipped with a totally unique set of tools! As a solo business owner, I found her techniques incredibly practical and not at all overwhelming to implement. She has a way of making high-level systems feel accessible and easy to manage on your own or alongside Jenny for expert level. Highly recommended!
