Formal complaint closed without promised follow‑up (Ticket 176155)

I am writing this review to document my experience with CXM regarding execution issues on XAUUSDr during the market reopening.

On December 26, 2025, I submitted a formal complaint after experiencing abnormal behavior on the MT5 platform. During the market reopening, the price appeared frozen at 4490.99, and multiple close requests on open XAUUSDr positions were sent but not executed. Despite repeated attempts, the orders were only executed later at significantly worse prices.

CXM acknowledged my complaint and assigned ticket ID 176155. On January 3, 2026, CXM informed me in writing that my account manager would contact me to further address the matter and asked for my patience.

As of today, no account manager has contacted me, despite the time elapsed since the initial complaint (submitted on December 26). The ticket was closed without compensation or adjustment, and without the promised follow‑up.

I would like to clarify that this review is not based on expectations of profit, but on:

1) documented execution issues during market reopening;

2)lack of effective follow‑up after a formal complaint;

3)and the absence of the promised contact after the case was closed.

All communications were handled in writing, and the facts described above can be verified through the corresponding email correspondence and ticket records.

This review is posted solely to document my experience for other traders considering this broker.
