Our long-standing IT support company (a competitor of Palisad's) wanted to charge us almost double Palasade's fee. We heard good things from other Partners, so as a small business, we took the view we can't just keep sucking up costs; we'd give them a try. We were also disappointed that our long-standing IT provider didn't take a commercial view even though we had been with them from Day 1!

WOW - we found Palisade's, in contrast, to be helpful and supportive and gave excellent advice. Luke Drewer was a real asset. I would recommend PalisadeSECURE and not our old firm.

Palisade have recently helped with my CE plus certification. I was very impressed with the service the offer, and will certainly be using them going forward to renew this.

The process was a lot simpler than I thought that it might be and the staff at Palisade were there to hold our hands throughout. Despite having a few issues with one of our PCs which dragged the process out a bit the whole process from start to finish was done quite swiftly. We are really pleased that we found Palisade and that we used them to help us through the process of getting our CE+ certification.

We used Palisade Secure to help us comply with Cyber Essentials. Our IT knowledge is extremely limited and we found everyone that we had contact with at Palisade to be extremely patient, helpful and friendly. We were rather concerned about the level of work that would be needed for us to comply with Cyber Essentials, but Palisade were extremely efficient and made the process much smoother than expected.
