Strange company, even stranger owner!
We paid £980 for an expedited review.
Unfortunately we received zero communication from Cyber Compliance, and the deadline was missed.
Three days later we received an email with the subject “hi”, attached was a video file.
Our team then had the displeasure of watching the owner of this company apologise for not completing our order because he was “way too drunk” and “Friday night is for the boys”.
He then spent the next 15 minutes talking about the noodles he was eating, and offered to make us some as an apology.
We are incredibly disappointed with this companies poor efforts to accommodate our needs, and the even poorer professionalism displayed by its owner.
