I don't really get the other reviews (except for the job ones, I have no place to say anything about that being just a customer 'n all)

I ordered online, and while it did get cancelled with no reason, once I emailed support asking why, I got a response within an hour politely informing me they are out of stock and can't fulfill the request and it was a genuine error on their side.

Simple and straight-forward. The website was promptly updated so I've signed up to be notified when it's back. No issues.

impossible to contact them, charged with 95chf delivery which hasn’t even been processed yet, customer service not responding, impossible, so bad, do not buy from them. you have no business, your staff doesn’t exist i spent more than 600 chf and still you don’t respond, i want the delivery charges back, i’m sure you’ll ship with the cheapest service ever, basically scam

No longer great company, love their shop in Camden and online service was friendly and helpful when exchanging and returning items. Thankyou Lindsey for your help. Sad update, had to prompt to get my refund and they withheld the postage cost despite them sending me the wrong item. Poo!!!

Have tried to get in touch with customer service for over two weeks both via e mail and phoning the store.No response to e mail or return of calls. Phone goes to voicemail.

Never try to go to work for this company. Very toxic environment. They will do everything they can to poison your brain. Plus not cleaning company you risk to take dust infection and be sick all the time.
They are not protect you. The CEO of the company don’t want pay for security when every day people come inside the store full of alcool and drugs.
Don’t never let meter that place is full of bad things happens there and you will regret it.
Think properly before ti choose ti sign a contract with them.
The CEO, is a man with not human behaviour. Never let you take holiday, if you need you cal die before have your holiday.
He is not pay for manufacturing problem when is an issues regarding that.
He will let you die at work.

I'm really disappointed. I went in this shop some days ago for the first time, it's a nice place and the staff was cool with me. However, I bought 2 t-shirts (60£ for everything). It was said "hand wash" so I respected this and was very gentle, used low temperatures and all (+ drying on clothes dryer). Result : The black and white t-shirt had the cyberdog logo behind heavily cracked. The other shirt, multicolor and shining in the dark had the orange color dripping on the yellow part.

Again, I was very gentle since I wanted items from this shop for years. So I'm really, really disappointed with how my products turned out, even more for the price I paid !

Terrible customer service via email and contact us. Well not terrible, just non existent.

Staff members always talk about each other behind there backs, older staff who have all been fired multiple times,gang up on newer staff and lie about them to managers so they get fired or relentlessly bully them till they quit.

They sell really bad quality clothes for stupid prices, £95 for a pair of trousers where most of the thread is lose or over £30 for an item that is damaged. Even if the zipper on some trousers is busted, theres no zip and a whole they would only sell it for 20% off.

Owner of the store is extreamly rude to staff and even risk people safety by letting someone stay in the shop who had a warrant out for his arrest.

They all have favourites so, if you decide to work there dont think they will ever like you unless, you are wearing really heavy makeup, short skirts and very alternative style.

Overall avoid going to this place and working there, it's a waste of money, time but, also working there makes you depressed and really affects your mental health. You never have a break from staff hanging up on you or customers thinking they can be extreamly rude to you for no reason.

One staff member even refuses to answer the phone when someone is sick, instead makes a staff member do it, proceeds to slag that person off really loudly so, they can hear them over the phone and then afterwards sends you a whole email being, condescending towards you , rude and overall just making it out as if your situation or reason for being there is not valid. Shes not even a proper manager and the general manager just ignores her bullying people and how she is towards staff in general.

Recently went to buy their Magic LED glasses, the ones I brought were broken so we went back and got them replaced a few days later, the ones they replaced them with broke with in a day, not to mention the app for them isn't on the app-store they should make sure their products are well made.

If they dont have what you order they just send something else. So i payd LOT of money too bring something i dont want. They answer was ”well we did not have what you order so…” waiting too se if they pay all back or if i need too go further whit this and make a big project too get my money back

This shop used to be excellent, but after a recent purchase, I won't bother shopping here again.

I sent a return for an item that was poorly made. Didn't receive a refund, so after a month, I chased it up. They told me I'd tampered with it, and that they'd be sending the item back to me.

Well, it's been almost 2 months, and I still don't have the item. £50 down the drain, what a waste. I've contacted them multiple times, and they're ignoring my emails.

Shame, this shop used to be excellent.

I just bought online 3 woman tops. Superb quality as always. I bought in past few items and always fully satisfied. I can’t wait to visit shop.

They have some nice items, unfortunately, the staff is not very friendly. After purchasing some stuff at their Camden shop in May 2019, I was given a promotional voucher valid until December 2019. However, when I tried to use it, it turned out it was not valid. I contacted the staff by email, but they simply said they were sorry and did not even offer a new one. Totally incredible!

Honestly their clothes are addictive. I love the vibrant neons and I always get complimented whenever I go clubbing. I love how the styles stand out. I can't rate them highly enough, the fabrics are high quality and definitely value for money, they always have sales on too. The store in Camden is beautiful and just gives off good vibes.

Great products and shop staff very helpful

This is an update of a previous review: I had got no reply from an e-mail I sent a week ago regarding a package that didn't come, and may have gotten a tad too worried. (But the first problem was more in the hands of the post delivery unfortunately, it seems Cyberdog had shipped quite quickly, though my post delivery did forget to leave a notice for me.) I finally got a reply from the shop and may be sorting things out. Hopefully I'll get my package soon, and can give them an even better rating.
