Based on what I can see in the screenshot, I would be very cautious.
Some warning signs are:
The business is called "Recovery Cyber", which is a common type of name used by so-called "recovery" services.
It advertises "Crypto recovery agent", "Lost funds recovery," and "Wallet recovery." Many scammers use these claims to target people who have already been victims of fraud.
It uses a Gmail address instead of a company email domain.
It lists a Big Cartel website rather than what appears to be a professional business site.
Simply displaying a UK phone number (+44) does not prove the business is legitimate.
If this is the person who told you they could restore your daughter's Meta/Instagram account after asking for money, you should assume it may be a scam unless you have strong evidence otherwise. Meta does not authorize third parties to collect fees to recover personal Instagram accounts.
If you paid them, you should:
Contact your bank or credit card issuer immediately to report the payment.
Stop communicating with the individual.
Save all messages, receipts, emails, and payment records.
Report the account and the scam to the platform where you found them and to the appropriate fraud authorities.
