We are extremely disappointed to see this review because it leaves out critical facts and creates a misleading impression of our company.
The service dated 06/15/2025 was fully completed. You received technical support and the issues were resolved. After the work was delivered, the charge was disputed with the card company and the funds were reversed through a chargeback. This resulted in a direct financial loss to our business despite the service being successfully provided.
Despite disputing that completed service, you later contacted us again requesting additional assistance. We agreed to help in good faith.
On 01/27/2026, we assisted with an Operating System upgrade and provided the requested support. Once again, after the service was completed, the transaction was disputed and refunded.
When a customer receives professional technical services — services that require time, labor, expertise, and remote technician allocation — and then reverses payment through disputes, it causes real financial harm. For a service-based company, this is not just a “billing issue.” It means our technicians worked without compensation.
We operate with transparency and maintain detailed service records for every session. We do not resell services multiple times, and each transaction referenced was tied to a specific support request initiated by the customer if not covered in original contact.
It is simply not ethical to repeatedly receive completed services and then recover the funds through chargebacks. This pattern creates unnecessary losses and misrepresents the reality of the situation.
We stand by our work, our documentation, and our integrity. We will always support customers who engage with us fairly and in good faith.
