Simply Excellent, best tech support I've ever experienced.

I have been a customer since roughly 6 months now, hosting 10+ websites on their unlimited shared linux plan. I have never faced any issues with them. They've always over delivered.

I recently came across a hiccup where all my resources were being used up without really any reason. After raising a ticket to them, they monitored the issue in depth and shared a document with suggestions.

As per their suggestions, I removed some malicious files which were causing the issues and it was all good then.

These guys have earned a lifetime customer! Cheers guys, keep up the good work!
