Miscommunication between client and…
Miscommunication between client and customer. I, the client, was receiving emails for the customer regarding invoices when the customer should be the one receiving it. This caused a lot of frustration between the customer and Cybernet. Overall, Tech Support did an amazing part on their end and they couldn't have done any better.

We have been using CyberMed computers for the last few years in different areas of our hospitals. They have proven to be reliable and the tech support team at Cybernet have been very responsive. We've only ever had one unit fail with a defective SSD drive in the last 3 years. Thank you Cybernet!
