Lying about stock

I did order a monitor from Cyberport, because it was recommended by a friend. At the time of the order the website stated they have it on stock but after three workdays I did receive an email, that they do not have it on stock and the delivery will be approximately in 6 days from today. If I knew this I would have ordered it on another website. Just out of curiosity I did check the webpage today of the same product, and it still states they have it on stock. It was my first and last order from Cyberport! Lying company, avoid it!

According to the tracking

According to the tracking, my package was “delivered,” but I never received anything. I contacted Cyberport.at immediately, yet support kept asking for the same information again and again without giving any real help. I’m still waiting for a resolution.

Awful awful company - do not use them

Awful customer service and we were miss sold a warranty which turned out to be worthless. We purchased a Roborock S7 - vacuum & mop. After 18 months a fault developed which we eventually found out was due to a water damaged fan blade. Cyberport & the warranty provider claimed it was due to misuse but had no evidence for this. We were so careful with it as it was so expensive, we did not misuse it. It is a vacuum that mops at the same time so maybe that’s how the water got sucked in and if there was a defect on the fan blade then this would have caused the corrosion. The Cyberport staff were generally unhelpful and at times rude and basically ignored us so we had no where to go. We have wasted hundreds of euros and the stress of trying to resolve the issue made me very unwell. Never ever buy from Cyberport.

Bought Gpu from them

Bought Gpu from them, returned day later, was told i will get email within 3 days and of course i didnt and they are not answering any of my emails and not even to ticket, i am going to report it to AKH, VKI and ECC, chain like this should not exist

No possibel cancelation!!!!

I ordered something, but found out my husband orderd the same thing since obviously we wanted to surprise eachother with same thing.Not even 20 min later I request the storno form their formular it's 6 am in morning and write an email describing the problem asking for cancelation, at 10 am I call holine since it opens at 10 am they say order is already sent can't do nothing about it, but thing is dpd says the order is only electronically created not that it was taken into their hand, I want a cancelation!

An excellent service by the staff at…

An excellent service by the staff at their shop in Citygate Shopping Mall, 1210, Vienna. It gives me pleasure to mention the outstanding after-sale service provided today by Mr. H. Thomas: He spent almost one hour to update my laptop system. He was patient and took time to give me tips for the future. Such after-sale service is rare. I would highly recommend Cyberport for purchase of electronic equipment (laptop, mobile and other electronic parts).

I've had my doubts due to the low…Amazing assortment and prices

I've had my doubts due to the low review score, however, I confirmed that this is most likely due to delays in shipping. Even though I had a slight delay in shipping, my components arrived within 10 days.

The customer support is prompt, I spoke with Daniel. I'll definitely buy again, prices are amazing as well and the experience is seamless.

I would only suggest providing more realistic shipping time.

They over sell there Products!! I paid 1200 euros for a GPU when it was clearly saying it is available in the storage!! a promised delivery date was never hold on and they booked the money already and now we have to wait until they have the time to reorder. and the coworkers dont give care and they are rude to you if you dare to ask for your things

Great company, but delivery promises need more transparency

I really like cyberport and their online portal. But it is kinda frustrating if you need something really really fast and want to trust their statements on the website.

"Deliverable within 24h to the store" isn't entirely correct for the weekend.
Usually that is understandable, but I ordered the device Friday morning to the cyberport shop in Vienna which HAS opening hours till late saturday, but the device arrived monday at noon. So when are the delivery windows? I wish they would tell me clearly on the website...

"Available at the store".... what does it mean?
Once upon a time I wanted to buy a product "available at the store". But the employee at the store said that it just can be delivered from the central storage to the store. Maybe I understood it wrongly but when something is "available AT THE STORE" I expect it to be available there and not at the central storage 800km away (Besides i didn't know where their central storage is located until i rang up their customer service. It makes a difference for the delivery time, if the central storage is in the neighbourhood, or in another country). This was the second time this happened. So what does "available at the store" mean?

Cyberport is a great company, their employees are really nice, the customer service is great. And they are usually fast with deliveries. But i wish they would phrase their delivery promises in an unambiguous way. Because both issues exist since 10 years ago if one believes people on internet forums.

They dont answer emails which i think…

They dont answer emails which i think its one of the most important thing , they dont care about their clients super unprofessional . I dont talk deutsh they sent me a product after 6 months without taking in consideration the situation , after 6 months they took all the money i had for my house rent as im a student without even a small notification , and they sent me the product that i have been telling them that i wont accept it and until now noone ever answered my emails like if we cant talk deutsh or call how will we communicate ?? Im so disappointed and frustrated i'm having hard times now

My worse online shopping experience ever

Update about my previous negative review:

I’m shopping online for at least 5 years and Cyberport has been my WORSE experience sofar. On 10.5.2021, I placed an order for a NVMe disk with this status: “available within 3 to 10 days”. The product was available on other platforms and was even a bit cheaper. However, since I had ordered the other computer components from Cyberport, I decided to order all of the parts from there and this was my biggest mistake!

Delivery date: after 2 UNANSWERED emails, multiple submitted contact forms, and 1 phone call without any assistance from a very unprofessional support, guess what I received? ESTIMATED delivery date: 02.07.2021!!!

What I experienced while struggling for help:

1- Contact form is decorative. You will never receive any response from it. Posted there 3 times and got no response. Never.

2- “kundenzufriedenheit[at]cyberport.de” email which you see they post below people’s negative comments is again, decorative and after a while you will receive an AUTOMATED and GENERATED RESPONSE only!! I know it is hard to believe but this is the truth.

3- Phone support is very basic with answers like: “I don’t know, let’s hope, not sure, let’s see” and generic corporate responses exactly like their customer satisfaction email.

Delivered products: computer case was severely damaged and full of scratches. It is even deformed and the door cannot be fixed in its place. It seems like DPD has thrown it multiple times during the delivery. A couple of smaller boxes were also deformed but since there’s no other delivery option on their website to choose from, you HAVE TO use the awful DPD service which is as bad as their shop.

Since I still don’t have the disks, I cannot assemble my new computer and components are of no use for me. This is while their guarantee and testing date is passing and I am still waiting for the disks to arrive!

This shop doesn’t care at all and is not reliable. You must be very careful and avoid ordering anything from there because once you place the order, it is in God’s hands to be delivered. I will file a legal complaint for their extremely rude and careless customer care. Worse online shopping experience ever!
