My baby heartbreakingly passed away. This was before we opened the order (car seat and two bases), I am rating customer service rather than product. They were returned to cybex as soon as possible. A return was agreed but only a partial refund received. Multiple messages ignored and multiple phone calls have gotten me nowhere a month on. I have even informed cybex of the reason for return, and such difficulties only adding to my trauma. Nothing changed. I'm currently awaiting an email to "find out what's happened" with my refund following latest phone call to them today.

What an amazing car seat! I got the blue color and love it. My son seems very comfortable in it. I love how I can adjust the recline without having to uninstall the seat. The rotation is easy to use and very smooth. The fabric is very breathable (we live in Texas, so that's very important). My son has had a couple of diaper accidents, and it was easy to spot clean with soap and water without having to remove the whole thing.
I'm currently using the LATCH anchor straps in my 2020 F-150 for installation since I have inflatable seatbelts (getting those replaced soon). It is a very quick and easy install.

Another bizarre experience with Cybex.
We have agreed on a parcel pickup from our home and after that they went silent for days.
Later in the morning we receive notification from DPD that they are going to pick up the parcel in an hour.
Cybex did not fix a date or pick up time with us, neither did they provide us with a return label.
Not only do they create inconvenience among clients but also confuse the delivery companies and pollute the environment by unnecessarily sending delivery trucks which simply cannot pick up the parcel without a label.

Bought their very expensive Priam stroller in 2021 that is advertised to function from birth to 4 yo. This year a handle that adjusts the seat position has cracked in half and the seat became unusable. I contacted the retailer to fix it and there is a complete silence from a retailer. Contacted the Cybex store and they are “unable to assist” because I bought it through a retailer. This is very disappointing, how a big brand like this keeps bouncing their customers without any solution all the while I cannot use their stroller. It is outrageous that it is not possible to buy the spare parts or to even get a grasp how to fix their faulty stroller that even by very modest expectations should be still in order, if they promise a child could use it until the age of 4. I’m so disappointed I have ever invested money into them. My advice, find a better, more reliable stroller or at least a company that is interested in keeping their customers. Never again!!

Do NOT buy Cybex products — especially the Cybex e-Priam stroller.
I bought the e-Priam 2 in the US, and right out of the box, the electronics were defective — red LED flashing, white LED constantly on. I returned it and got a replacement, which worked for only one month before breaking down with the exact same problem.
This isn’t an isolated case — just look at the YouTube comments. It’s clearly a massive, ongoing issue, yet Cybex keeps selling these faulty strollers and still hasn’t released any official fix, guide, or even acknowledgment of the defect.
When I reached out for warranty help after moving to another country (Russia), Cybex referred me to their local branch. After weeks of emails, the “official” Cybex service center there simply charged me $330 to repair what was obviously a manufacturing fault — because I had bought it in the US.
That’s outrageous for a so-called premium brand. Cybex is fully aware of this defect but refuses to take responsibility. They continue to sell broken products and make customers pay to fix their own mistakes.
Save your money — avoid Cybex at all costs.
Upd. Cybex always ignores my comment about defective strollers they sell.

I’ve purchased all my car seats from Cybex, and honestly you get what you pay for. I wasn’t willing to risk going cheap on something so important. The seats are really easy to install, very comfortable and feel high quality. The only downside is having to buy three different seats in just four years - baby seat, toddler and now booster. At least this one should last until she’s about 12 so it feels like a solid investment.

I placed an order for a stroller and the rotating car seat late one evening. By the next morning (less than 12 hours later) CYBEX started running a sale on the exact stroller I purchased. My order was still processing at the time so I immediately opened a ticket and tried calling the customer service number in hopes I could either cancel, and re-order with the new sale price OR CYBEX could credit me the difference.
Unfortunately after calling within the hours listed as “open”, I was told there was no one available to speak over the phone due to limited resources and the only way to get in touch is through opening a case. Although I opened the case immediately when the problem arose, I didn’t hear back for over 7 business days, through a text saying that they do not offer price adjustments.
To make matters worse, I did finally get through and spoke with someone in customer service over the phone earlier this week, before the case was closed. They assured me my case was being resolved and the credit would be applied to my account by the end of this week- which clearly isn’t the case due to the text I received today.
I am giving this 2 stars because I do like the product itself. Unfortunately though, there are plenty of other competitive products that actually have reasonable, easily accessible customer service. I would HIGHLY recommend before purchasing any CYBEX product that you consider the fact that customer service is essentially non existent for their products. Had I known this would’ve been my experience, I would’ve gone with the Nuna products that essentially provide the same product offerings but have reliable customer service should anything arise with the products purchased.
Lesson learned.

The customer service is terrible, they don't help the customer in any way, they constantly want to send you back to the store where it was purchased, but this is not realistic at all. Why don't they create an online service and complaint management system and handle customer complaints directly?

Ordered a frame and a separate cot. They would be delivered at the same time. I checked the track&trace and was at home waiting for the packages to arrive. The post company arrived, but they only gave me the cot - no frame. Then I immediately checked the delivery status of the frame, which stated that they were unable to deliver the frame. Which is very strange, because they were able to deliver the cot. I tried to contact Cybex, which turned out to be impossible. I contacted them via their customer service on Whatsapp during their business hours as indicated on the website, but received an automatic reply that “they were on holiday” (???). Then I called the customer service phone number indicated on the website, but got an automatic response telling me the number was unavailable. I tried the contact form on the website, but that isn't working either - I filled out all the boxes, but in the end it was not possible to submit the message. There is no customer email address on the website. I searched the internet and found one in another (negative) feedback message. I tried that one and sent them an email, just hoping someone at Cybex would read it, but I didn’t receive an automatic email confirmation of receipt (eg that they would handle my complaint and would respond within a few BD’s), so I didn’t have high hopes. I was seriously starting to wonder if I got scammed and ordered from a fake website, I just couldn't believe a company with products with these price tags would have such low quality / absent customer service. Then days later I finally got an email, saying that they are unable to deliver the product and that I will receive a refund - thanking me for my understanding. Now I’m stuck with a cot and no frame and due soon without a stroller. Just the worst experience.

Easy to install, nice color options, this is my 7 yr old’s first booster seat, it’s comfortable and they’re loving it. Right now it’s at the smallest height/width, but looks like it will grow with them.
