Support was good took a while for answer but very helpful

Was asked to make this review but yh cybrancee js a good option for hosting

I had a quick question about what the web hosting panel looks like because I was told it might be confusing. Jason from the Community Support Team responded almost immediately and provided a clear screenshot of the main dashboard. He explained where everything was — domains, mail setup, databases, and file uploads — and made it super easy to understand.

i had a problem that my server didnt start up even without a modpack i installed but lorem quickly asked me some question gave me short step by step guide and it just worked

Juan guided me through a trouble shooting process to get my Valheim dedicated server version upgraded to the current version. He was quick and helpful on every step, Thank you again Juan.

The live service agent, Juan, for the chat feature was very helpful. He was able to help figure out the issue with the server that I was having relatively quickly. He was very professional and understanding that I am not as quick or tech savvy, so getting him the info he needed was a bit of a struggle. Not by his fault but by my own issues. Overall Extremely happy to have the server back up and running.

It's overall good, I've encountered some problems with some specific services such as domains, and a bit of a slow support on the client page, but it tends to work

I’ve been using Cybrancee for my hosting needs, and overall I’ve had a really good experience. Their servers are reliable, performance is solid, and everything runs smoothly. What really stands out is their support team, they’re friendly, professional, and genuinely helpful whenever I need assistance.

The only reason I’m giving 4 stars instead of 5 is because the last time I boosted my server and requested the booster rewards, it took about two days to receive a response. In the end, everything was resolved and settled properly, which I appreciate, but the delay was a bit longer than expected.

Besides that, I’m very satisfied with the service and would definitely recommend Cybrancee to others looking for dependable hosting with great support.

Juan did an exceptional job helping me fix my minecraft server. I was missing an additional mod for the Sit! mod and he helped me get the missing part so I could activate the server. U goated juan!!!
