Purchased a wave raptor for $189.00 they sent me the tracking number and everything and said the package was delivered after 24 days!!!! NOTHING!!!!!! The initial number was working and they picked up the phone immediately saying it was a legit company when I called 2 weeks ago. ! Now the site and the toll free number does not connect or no response ! Please stay away form these Facebook Market place ads!

Scam, same issue as everyone else. Ordered, received tracking in Hong Kong. Tracking then stopped. I emailed support and never heard back. Then the links stopped working. Had to file a complaint with the credit card company.

Do not order anything from this company, I repeat do NOT order anything from this company. they a complete scam. and yes I should have researched before ordering. I did get a response to my first email and then nothing after that, its been close to a month and of course nothing.Companies like FB should be reponsible for letting them advertise on their websites.

I ordered an item I saw on Facebook. I got a tracking no which I followed from China to US clearance. Then the tracking no stopped working, and I couldn't locate any company info on the internet.

I got scammed I had to dispute purchase with my bank …do not purchase from this company

send the customer their items so that we dont have to give bad reviews of the company

They are a scam bogus contact number gave a invalid tracking number and email is useless. I had to contact my bank and attorney General on these scamers

SCAM - No working phone number
Website states 7-14 business days for delivery. Purchased over 14 business days ago. Received an email the day after purchase (8/4), stating my items were shipped, however no tracking number provided, only a link to a website in Chinese.

Have emailed twice, and attempted to call the number listed on their website, which is met with a message by my carrier:
"Welcome to Verizon, your call cannot be completed as dialed."

At a loss of how to get a refund OR to get the items I purchased.

This company is a scam. Do not purchase from them. I reached out to them and they provided a non working number. I have since replied 3 times to the message and still nothing. The product hasn't even shipped and it's been over a month.

I ordered 2 air conditioners 25 days ago and still haven’t received them. Tracking app you have to pay for and then updates are in Chinese. I’ve contacted customer service 3 times and still don’t have a clear idea where they are or if I’m ever going to receive them.

This company seems to be a scam... I've ordered an Aqualaze but they didn't say it was coming from freaking China and would take over a month to arrive...
Don't waste your money... get a product made in the USA!

SCAM!!!! This website was opened 07/06/2025 They're offering products at an incredibly low price. They fraudulantly claim they have 4.8 stars on trustpilot. PLEASE RESEARCH WEBSITES YOU'RE NOT FAMILIAR WITH BEFORE PURCHASING OR EVEN VISITING ANY WEBSITES YOU'RE NOT FAMILIAR WITH ESPICIALLY WHEN THEY ADVERTISE BARGAIN PRICES.

They claim to have 4.8 stars here on triplet but they are just lying to everybody even they show a fake trustpilot review on their website
