Awful swindlers. Had a genuine claim supported with police evidence. Company managed to find a way to deny my claim for theft of electric bike by referring to a sub clause on page 16 of the nineth document they sent me when i took the policy out. and I am left to fund replacement. The only thing theywere honest about was the representative did admit this sub clause is used to deny over 20% of claims and is very useful!!!! This company will not be there for you when needed, please do not put faith in these people,

Always a good experience with Wiggle Insurance. Their staff are superb, respond in a timely manner and listen to their customers. Had to set aside cover for a short period whilst off the bike but will definitively be back at Wiggle soon.

Similar to the review below: I found Garath to be human, helpful and understanding. The process of claiming was really relatively straight forward. My advice would be to take photos of your bike with any current work, take photos of where any theft is made, of where it was locked, of your bike after any work done and of your lock and lock key to help you submit any claim, keep your receipts for buying your bike and any work you have done on it. This will make claiming all the easier.

My claim was dealt with professionally and efficiently. In a world where customer experience is so key to the success of a business, Gareth did not treat this claim like any standard claim. He was thoughtful, interested and caring. From our initial conversation through to him checking if my new bike had arrived safely, he showed terrific customer service! Having a bike stolen from you is never a nice experience (I should know, it's happened 3 times to me now), but the experience with Wiggle was tremendous!

Putting a claim to an insurance company is not something that most of us like to do. But I had to as I was involved in a road traffic accident where a car broadsided me as I was riding home from work.

So I put a claim into Wiggle for the write-off of my bike as the driver not only knocked me flying but they also drove over my bike.. Anyway from start to finish the Wiggle helpdesk were brilliant. From help to filling out the form but the communication throughout was great.
So within a week of the accident and the claim being submitted I have received a very acceptable offer for my bike.

I would thoroughly recommend Wiggle Bicycle Insurance to anyone.
