I ordered online but got a phone call later that day from the shop to confirm a collection day - I really appreciated that. It was a very personal touch. The bike was fully assembled and it can be serviced there as well. Great quality and service - thank you.

Took my son's basic bmx in, to correct the back wheel rubbing against the brake bracket. And asked for a reflector to be mounted at the same time. 42 pounds and they didn't fix the wheel alignment issue. Ridiculous price for what you'd expect a 10 job from a cycle store seemingly knowing what they are doing. Avoid.

We purchased two bikes from Cycle King for our children for a Christmas & a birthday present and received outstanding service from start to finish. They couldn’t help us enough recommending the right models and sizes etc and were so professional and knowledgeable. Thank you 🤩

We went to get a new bike for our granddaughter, they have a vast selection of bikes and accessories within the store. A young chap in the shop gave us great advice on the suitable size and type and available accessories. He got bikes of different sizes out from the racks and sat her on them, he was very knowledgeable and polite.

Very poor service. Bike not rideable. Had to return to shop twice to get repaired - now still not able to ride.
Purchased on a bike to work scheme - what a joke only been able to ride the bike on three occasions since purchasing! Staff obnoxious and unhelpful.
No join in shop so told no area manager, no contact telephone number so need to email now no response from email.
Shocking service!!!
I would not even give one star.

From start to finish the whole process was straight forward and easy. On top of that the bike was built well by there mechanic and feels very sterdy.

Great company & staff are always helpful. Bought on line & they rang me to sort out collection so they could have the bike already for me to collect.

Brought a briliant little bike from the Benfleet branch online, although there was only 2 left I had to wait till 6th Jan to get it, however customer service was brilliant and their young lad Tom (I'm sure thats his name) was outstanding, fitting me a new saddle whilst I waited and was very courteous helping me out to load the bike in my car. yes 1 very happy customer here. Thank you

A quick phone call for some product codes, ordered online for a new bike for my son. Very easy and straightforward, collected the new bike within a couple of days.
Son absolutely loves the bike.
Happy customer and will order again when required.

Bought drink holder and bottle. Issue fitting it. But the staff persevered and did a fantastic job in sorting the issue and fitting the bottle bracket.
