My sons bike had a frame replaced from the manufacturer who had put the wheel on incredibly tight. Although not purchased at cycle king, they were only too happy to help.

Phone up and the staff was very helpful, i was informed what i had to do , went on the site picked the bike and placed the order, I then called the shop for a pickup time , about 10.30 the next day i called them and told them i would be about an 1 hour . I arrived at the shop parked out the front ,went inside was shown all the features, loaded the bike and left, will be back in Jan for a service. Bike i brought Raleigh tour

I bought one of their tow buddy items and it's very poor quality. For example, painted so thickly that securing bolts don't fit though their allocated holes.
Should have agreed to replace the item to rule out it being a one-off fault.

I purchased two tyres for my bicycle and the service was excellent online, on the telephone & instore.

Great service and well impressed with the stock of bikes on sale. I liked to thank them for getting the bike in wanted when everywhere else were out of stock will always think cycle king first thanks guy.

The bike was road ready and waiting when I turned up, shortly after the store opened in the morning.
