Hi this is a Honest review for Cycle King .I purchased a Dutch Style Bicycle in January for my wife ,it was well built and of a high quality ,and well worth the money .The staff at the Cambridge store are very polite and knowledgeable ,especially Michael who sorted out a few queries i had about purchasing colour coded extras for the bicycle. He is a credit to his company ,so helpful and easy to deal with.

Really helpful with a bike sale and later, with twisted handlebars on another bike - fixed immediately for free. Thank you

I was a bit apprensive about purchasing a new bike in my mid-70s, but the service I received today was sympathetic, supportive and knowledgeable. I feel very confident and happy with my new purchase, and grateful to staff at Cambridge Cycle King

Not honest at all. They told me one price, but when I went to collect it, the price was much higher. They should be more transparent. Also, overpriced compared to other bike shops in Cambridge

I just stopped in on spec for advice and was given such a warm and easy welcome with no feeling of pressure at all. The advice and expertise offered was exceptional and I ended up understanding far more about my own needs in looking for a bike, my toddler grandson's needs - and sensible advice about pros & cons of different options which would be good value for money.

Helpful staff, part exactly as required

I’ve purchased two bikes for my kids in the last 9 months and had amazing service each time! The staff were knowledgeable in sizing and helped teach us the difference between some of the bikes. They even provided tips for picking a bike that will last longer.

I really appreciate going into Cycle King on Mill Road. I'm always treated well, and Ethan in particular is always proactive and keen to help. I have bought bikes from them and had bikes serviced and repaired, and they are always thorough and considerate. From time to time they have really gone on the extra mile as well. Thank you folks.

Great costumer service

I was feeling sick in their store and they really took care of me and helped me get home. They also did a great job of servicing the bike I brought in.

I came here with a hole in my wheel, they gave me a whole fresh wheel and only charged me the price for a puncture, excellent service as well. I would definitely recommend👍

Great service

Fantastic customer service, great selection of bikes. Needed a bike for my grandson at short notice, emailed the shop and they confirmed what they had in stock. Easy to order on the website, bike was ready for collection half an hour later. Thanks Adam and the rest of the team!
