Exceptional from start to the end. I wanted to purchase a bike from abroad, and even though they don’t typically deliver to my country, they arranged everything for me. They were helpful with advices and recommendations and even when my bike arrived they were always one click on WhatsApp away to help me with the mechanical setup and technical questions.

I bought a bike while on vacation in Italy. As in the title... broken. The seller was silent, he responded after the first negative opinion. The bike was in a service in Poland and the facts were confirmed. The Sram drive does not work with the Shimano SLX cassette, the bike has a crooked hanger and the suspension was damaged by bottoming out. The seller wants to paint the scratches on the suspension (mockery) ... does not want to provide the necessary parts to repair the bike, and does not want to accept the return. In Poland, there is an institution called the Consumer Advocate where such an incident can be reported, where the Office will help enforce proper behavior from dishonest sellers. If anyone reads these opinions, please help?! What is the equivalent of such a station in Rome? Who should I write to? ... please help djdudzik@ tlen.pl In addition, the seller claims that the only service that can solve the problem is their service, he wants the bike to be sent to them... but they sold a defectively assembled and damaged bike as new under warranty. I have had the bike for a month and have ridden a few km. when I was in Italy they gave me a repair date but did not specify the time. They are trying to get the bike sent back to them or left... it is not known for how long. I informed them that I would only buy a bike in a shop to avoid fraud... that I did not want to send it, I did not expect that in a regular shop someone would go so far as to sell something withdrawn from the market as new and functional. Be careful... when buying from them, be sure to take a specialist who will assess whether the item you are buying complies with the manufacturer's specifications, whether it has not been repaired... later efforts are pointless. you will pay and you will not have a functional bike.
