Bicycle insurance for cowboys.
Brought Insurance November 2025. My wife noticed 2 payments had come off in January and cancelled one of the DDs. Today I have received 3 letters threatening legal action if I don't pay the £7 due this month. Poor show, and now demanding £25 default sum and threatening a default notice.

We understand how frustrating these situations can be, but once a Direct Debit is cancelled this can cause issues with the agreement, I would suggest if you have any issues with payments to contact the company first to discuss before taking it upon yourself to cancel this your end.
Regarding the £25 default charge, please note that this has been requested by Premium Credit and is not a charge applied by ourselves. This charge falls within the terms and conditions of the credit agreement you agreed to when setting up your payments with Premium Credit. Unfortunately, we don’t have control over this charge, but Premium Credit will be able to provide more details on how it was applied.
To discuss this charge further, we kindly ask you to reach out to Premium Credit directly on 0344 736 9836. They will be able to assist you in resolving this matter and provide any clarification you may need.

Competitive price with many options, but always check the small print
I found the cycle plan quote online, competitive price and also gave opt in/out options. I was able to take out the quote over the phone and contacted them on 2 more occasions. As I needed clarification on the policy. Always check the small print to know exactly what is covered especially concerning bikes and accessories over 3 years old.

Couldn't have been more straight forward. Handled the claim for non repairable damage to my bike frame and presented with the evidence, receipts etc. paid the full amount promptly. Couldn't fault them.
