I was very skeptical about this company due to all the bad reviews on this website. I emailed the guys and they replied within minutes. I organised to view the bike in person before purchasing which was not necessary because the bike was exactly as advertised. I was able to ask Matt and the guys many questions which put my mind at ease. When I told them I needed a shock pump to use with my new bike they gave me one free of charge. Awesome!

I'm very impressed and I will be coming back here to buy all my parts, gear and future bikes. If you are worried about the bad reviews then just email or call the guys and ask them what you need to know. You will not be disappointed!

Dealt with the guys over the last couple of days and it's as simple as they do what it says on the tin. It's a pleasure to deal with a honest an professional company couldn't recommend them enough 👍

Honestly no idea how this company has got 9.1 review average. After placing my order it went missing, putting me £1000 down even though the money left my account. After speaking to several people through emails and phone calls they eventually found my order a week later. I was told because of the delay they would hurry the order through and it was on its way to me. They said because of the issues they would throw in a free pair of gloves (which i thought was reasonable, however not necessary. I just wanted the bike asap). After another week of waiting for the bike to be delivered (says 24 - 72 hours on the website) a family member took a phonecall for me from the store to say the bike was no longer available and I was being refunded the amount I paid. MASSIVE waste of time, haven't received my money yet however only got credited this morning so can't really complain about this YET

Great guys - really helpful and deliver a professional service on time. New tyres, chain change - we're willing to help when other local shop failed!! 😃

UK Cycle Centre were let down by their supply chain but they came through that and even honoured the original price after the supplier had upped their prices by 20% before the next shipment! Communication was honest and excellent throughout. Thanks Matt at UKCC!

Excellent concept!! Traded two pivot frames in for a great price and purchased new pivot trail 429. Thanks to Matt and team for very smooth process and delivery of new frame and parts. This company will take your orders and not tell you a thing about when you will get them. They promise that the longest time is 48 to 72 hours but do not believe them. Members of my MTB Club are still waiting over a week later for items and the staff just give you misinformation when you get in touch.
Avoid the Company like the plague!!!

it did arrive in time, Thank Goodness ! After 3 phone/ messages,
My advice is if you use this company please allow at least Two Weeks
If you need It for a special date.
My advice to the company is please advise customer on purchase that it will take x amount days to be with you.
This is my only gripe other than that Great Bike Great Price

These guys were very helpful. I ordered some new rotors that were advertised as in stock but turned out to not be in stock. They emailed me and offered a refund etc...they were also happy to change my order for a different product right there and had it posted out to me the same day. The products they sell are top quality and the service they provide is second to none. I can't fault them at all.
