Constant Technical Difficulties
Constantly has technical issues with sub categories.
When you enter your zip code and search for a specific model, it simply doesn't list the specific model you're looking for. To say this is frustrating is an understatement.

I purchased an ad for 80.. which included 1 photo and 1 video if your a member of YouTube or Vimeo. I am not. You can’t chat or call for advise. Finally after 30 minutes I spoke with someone who said to send a video to the text I sent you or email. I did both. I was charged 3 times One for 199.00 and another for 189.00. I contacted my bank for fraudulent fees. The fees have not been returned and the video is nowhere to be found. I now haw a lawyer.

Waste of money
Waste of money. Bike at very low price and had only one contact in 2 weeks and person wasn’t a serious buyer. They constantly hit you up for more money. Not a good option.

Waste of Money
Don't waste your money posting on cycle trader. I bought it into their $99 option. Supposedly this would get premium posting and support. In the first couple of weeks I received a few responses that seemed like scams. Having it posted for 6 months is not a plus. After a couple of weeks my only response I got was " must be something wrong with the bike because it had been listed for awhile. So the 6 month listing period is a bad thing.

They promised me for $499 it will be listed until sold. DO NOT BELIEVE THEM. They ended my listing when I called she said I am sorry and she got me approved for another 6month. But the very next day she called me back and said sorry I made a mistake you would have to pay another $499. Disgrace of a company

Really expensive service that forcibly makes you purchase even more expensive higher tiers so that you can post more photos. Little to no interaction from potential customers. FB marketplace is a far better service and is free

Don't waste your money
Don't waste your money. The website is not user-friendly. Trying to download a video is a massive pain. It is very costly. I paid 130.00 to advertise my bike for 15K then went in and tried to lower the price to 14,500, but got an error code telling me the listing price was higher than what I paid for and would not allow me to adjust the price. I've only been contacted by scammers wanting me to fill out and pay for a vehicle history report. The bike has been on there for a few weeks now and not one legitimate person has contacted me about the bike. Use Marketplace you will get just as many views if not more. It is user-friendly and easy to download videos. The best part is it's FREE!! Again don't do like I did and waste your money.
