Useless availability status
During the online shopping process the product was available, I ordered and paid. One day later I got an email that the order was canceled due to the fact that the product is not available. It looks like the shop software is not linked to the warehouse software.

item ordered on THU and was delivered next week on WED by courier(SPS courier) though on the website it was written as by post, which is impressive considering that I ordered from NLD to Slovakia.
Got an email with tracking number as well.
I would recommend this eshop,would buy again.

Very dissapointed, never again!
Ordered stuff on 9th, got email that it was sent 0n 10th with estimated delivery on 14th, but actually they did not even send the items. After 10 days I sent email asking what's up, some days later they say that are movin shop and there will be delay. Whatever...recieved the parcel on 29th, 20 days after orderind eventhough it's says on their website 3-4 days in EU, The parcel was all mangled up, big box for shorts and socks. Assos shorts did not come in original Assos box and there was no waterproof sleeve for phone that I got with previous shorts from Assos, no user manual/instructions, anything...
Very dissapointed, will never buy from this shop again!

Fast refund and an alternative product
Ordered a red shirt which appeared to be no longer available, which was disappointing, but the refund was done in 3 days. Sent an email asking for alternatives and got the white one instead. Would have been 5 stars if they had offered me the shirt instead of my asking the alternative.
