surprised but very pleased
This was the first time I have ever obtained anything over the internet that didn't come in an envelope. I was very excited about the prospect of receiving my goods but also extremely apprehensive as well as to whether I would actually get them at all. I can say that my experience with this company has been great and would not hesitate to use their service again. I have already sung their praises where I work and to my friends as I said, I was worried about the whole deal. Thanks for keeping the world turning.

Bought 2 x 'Portable Pet Dog Crate Sky Blue Size XXXL 1020x690x690mm(40*27*27inch) EBay ID: 361411840325-714384029023'.
There was an error with the colour dispatched (1 sky blue and 1 navy blue was sent, instead of 2 sky blues). But the colour didn't matter for us so no biggie there.
The item is very easy to construct, and very solid once up. I've been shopping around for 2 XXX large soft crates for my dogs but every other retailer charged a fortune. So thanks for making this one affordable. Was able to buy 2 from cyclingdeal for the price of 1 from most other shops I found on eBay.
Reliable postage with tracking.
If only you sold more pet products.. :)
