After my first order I was impressed by…
After my first order I was impressed by the customer service. However after the second they've gone radio silence. Not returning messages or communicating in anyway. The battery they shipped with one bike clearly isn't fully working (it doesn't do anywhere near the expected range, and keep in mind I live in The Netherlands which is very very flat). I get that it's a refurbished bike but I was messaging to ask if they had at least tested the battery before I waste more time and money to have it professionally tested here.
Nothing. Plus a component was missing from another bike which is handy for ensuring the derailleur doesn't get damaged. Neither email got a return message.
Also, I specified a delivery address but they sent it to my home address which is thankfully nearby. But caused a riff with the delivery driver!
I had hopped this was a good company but seems they are very inconsistent.
