Prompt customer service
I had a problem with my Fly12 sport. I submitted a trouble ticket and I was quickly given instructions on how to test the device, send in the results and wait for a decision. The entire process took less than a week and I am now going to receive a replacement device. Stellar Support
I am so impressed with my Cycliq 12 sport that I almost immediately ordered the Cycliq6 3rd generation.
I had a problem with the SD card on the Cycliq12 and a shipping issue on the 6. Roger emailed me within hours separately on both items (time zones recognized). He walked me through a bench test and promptly sent out a new SD card.
When the 6 arrived and I had some connectivity issues with the app, he responded promptly and had me up and running in no time.
I am very impressed with the support and I would recommend Cycliq products to my fellow cyclists.

Customer service was extremely helpful and responsive. I was having issues with the audio recording being extremely low (pretty much inaudible). Initially, I thought, that's just how it was and they focused on the video quality and much less on delivering decent audio.
After a few weeks, I thought, it can't be this bad so I contacted support to see if there was something wrong with my unit. They responded and long story short, my lens protector was covering the mic. Once I corrected that, sound quality was fixed. 5/5

My original camera had started to lose battery endurance. I did the update and it still had no effect. I contacted Cyclic support and even though my camera was out of warranty, they sent me a replacement. I love having the camera running on my rides, it gives me peace of mind if there ever was an incident! So thank you Cyclic, that's customer service. Thank You

Even when things go wrong, Cycliq makes it right
I recently had an outstanding experience with Cycliq and their bicycle cameras. My Fly 12 Sport needed warranty and accident repair, and Cycliq handled it under full warranty, returning it much faster than I expected. In fact, the service was so swift that I had already purchased a Fly 6 Pro to ensure I always had a safety camera.
Cycliq truly stands by their products. They fully supported my camera and provided a replacement before I could even buy another one. Their warranty department is as efficient, if not more so, than their sales department, which has earned my utmost respect. The product itself is excellent, and the support staff are incredibly comforting.
While not everything in this world is perfect (hence the need for safety cameras), Cycliq’s commitment to their product and reputation, even when things aren’t perfect, assures me that my patronage is well-placed.

The products are really great. Durable and highly functional. I just bought 3rd generation. Have Fly 6 fly6 ce 12 ce and now Fly 6 pro and 12 sport. Best part tho has been the support. Any problem Ive had Roger has helped me resolve.

Incredible performance of both front and rear camera, with HD recording, including sound. No issues for nearly 2 years. But, do not worry: when a problem occurred Cycliq customer service was extremely helpful. Immediate response when informing Cycliq that my camera was not working properly. Issue resolved immediately. Very happy customer.

Even though this is quite an old device, the customer service team gave me simple and clear instructions to work through issue.
Eventually realising it was human error (on my part) rather than a technical issue.

My Cycliq Fly12 broke
My Cycliq Fly12 broke, whilst cycling, and will therefore not attach to the mount. I wondered if the camera could be fixed, but this isn't an option, however I was offered a replacement, which I was very grateful for, as this is probably they best camera I've had, so happy with this resolution and I will definitely recommend Cycliq and continue to use you myself.

I love my Cycliq front and back camera lights! I’ve had them just over a year and had an issue with one of the straps that holds my fly 6 to the seat post, I contacted with Cycliq regarding strap issue and I couldn’t happier with the quick communication, the way they resolved it and how quickly I got a replacement! Great service and I will certainly be recommending to friends and cycling club!
Cycliq Fly 6 mount replacement
The mount to my rear Cycliq fly 6 camera broke and my usual bike dealer in Scotland did not stock the part any longer. I contacted the manufacturer by email all the way to Australia and they got back to me the next day. After a small payment, they sent me the mount in less than one week. I am really grateful, since the Fly 6 is an excellent rear camera. I truly recommend this company for the quality of its products and their superb customer service.
