Great product
This is a great product and now with the fly6 pro benefiting of downloading footage straight to your phone. The price is comparative as if you were unfortunate enough to have to use the footage in any situation it would far out-way the investment.

I have the FLY12CE it is a great product, I use everyday for commuting and on the weekends for rides. I feel safer with it. The Cycliq support is great whenever I have a problem or a question, even from Europe to Australia

I had a technical issue with my Fly6…
I had a technical issue with my Fly6 Gen 3, after a few months of not using it from new, when I recovered from an injury and decided to se my camera, it did not function properly. The customer service team was resposive and always very supportive. They guided me hand-in-hand to run different tests and finally get to the bottom of the problem, that at the end was the SD memory card.
After finding out the problem they offered to send me a brand new SD card, that it is on its way right now!

Cycliq Fly 12 fix
After using the Cycliq Fly 12 for about 4 years, and about 35,000km, the on off button broke. I messaged Cycliq, and it was fixed with a new case for the cost of postage.
LCD Display -Replacement sent
I've been a Cycliq customer since 2015. Bought the first gen Fly12 & Fly6.
Had my Fly12 sport since December 2022. Its been flawless, whilst I've been using it. The last 9 months though its been laying around as I recover from an accident. Finally got back on the bike only to realise that the rear LCD screen was not working.
I made contact with Cycliq, ran a few tests as, prompted, then told it would be exchanged.
No quibble/arguing long drawn out debate.
I dealt with Roger who's been excellent.

ps I must admit to feeling very vulnerable riding without it.
Probably the best bike camera lights available
Great support, dealt with my issue really well getting me back out on the road. Cycliq have been part of my bike setup for years, the camera lights are obviously built by cyclists and just work, have a good battery life and are easy to fit to the bike. The icing on the cake is the level of support. Worth the money simply the best bike camera / lights available.
Excellent communication
I ordered a Fly 6 just before the Pro was released, but decided to return it unopened because of the better battery capacity and improved waterproofing of the new model.
The return wad a little expensive as you must post back to Australia, but the interactions with Cycliq were excellent and the Pro has lived up to the 7hr battery life claims.
Excellent communication throughout my transaction from Roger who is a superb representative for the business. He was responsive and delivered on all commitments within the agreed time frame. Thank you.

Terrible returns policy
Great product. Terrible after sales and an absurd returns policy.
Accidentally ordered one more than I needed. Tried to return and was told it had to be returned to Australia at my expense. There’s nothing to indicate that returns need to be made to Australia on their website, and the product is dispatched from UK so I put up a fight and after a long exchange of emails they eventually relented and let me return to the UK. However, having posted it to the address they gave me 4 weeks went by with no refund.
It was only when I supplied proof of delivery with the Royal Mail tracking code that I immediately got my refund.
I think if I hadn’t chased it up with proof of postage I would never have heard from them and they would never have refunded my £200.

Excellent Product and Great Company to Deal With
I have a Cycliq light and camera. The product is brilliant, and I wouldn't cycle with anything else now. However, the company has been excellent to deal with as well. They have replied in a very timely manner to any questions I have had. When I needed to replace a part recently due to usual wear and tear, they shipped out a replacement part to me without any issues. I have been extremely happy with Cycliq and their product!

Super customer service
Super customer service, very quick response to an issue I had with my Fly12 sport. Simple instructions to follow. Brilliant communication, a replacement unit sent out straight away after completing thier proforma. I highly recommend thier products, which I have had all of them since the first generation of fly units were produced. The new Fly6 Pro, is brilliant camera/light, everything you need, particularly if you ride more than 5 hours. The Fly 12 Sport is also a super device, the only improvement I can see they can do is to provide instance playback on your mobile like the new Fly6 Pro. This will be very useful if you have an incident you can show the person straight away, so they cannot be any argument about what happen. I look forward to that improvement on thier fly12. Keep up the good work. Highly recommended,super company ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
