Perfect battery pack for travel
During a two-week trip to Japan, the Cygnett 20k battery pack proved to be an invaluable asset for keeping the entire family’s mobile phones charged. Although its substantial capacity necessitated a longer charging time, the patience required was amply rewarded. The online purchasing experience was straightforward and hassle-free, complemented by prompt delivery.
Customer Service as it should be
I contacted Customer Service today with a question about my power bank. Sean responded within 10 minutes and not only solved my query immediately, also offered a newer and better model. He did not need to do that ad I did not ask for it. In fact I declined and he came back again with the offer. One of the best customer experiences I have had in a long time. Good on Sean and Cygnett.
AusPost stuffed-up order but Cygnett fixed it...
AusPost stuffed-up order (as is customary these days) and ended-up returning to sender a week later. Cygnett Care people (Sean G.) jumped at it by re-sending a new set - Express Post this time!
They had no obligation to do so but solved the problem decisively and promptly to my satisfaction.
Highly recommend them and their products. I am a repeat customer and will remain one. Great Job!
5 Star rating for 6 Star Service
Yesterday morning, whilst charging my laptop using the Cygnett Pro 25k Power Bank, both the laptop and power bank ceased to function. Surge? Perhaps and more details will be forthcoming when my computer boffin services the laptop. BUT, I also emailed Cygnett Support via their web site. Usual do not reply emails followed stating the obvious - we are very busy at this time but will be in contact with you within x days.
BUT, later that day I received an email from Sean at Cygnett asking for additional details to validate that the unit was not working.
He made no immediate demands for proof of purchase. I responded with a very quick video of the power bank, plugged into the GPO. This morning, that's less than 24 hours, I received an email from Sean advising Cygnett are posting, immediately a 25k Pro Power Bank to replace the non-functioning unit.
Firstly, what sensational service!
Secondly, a lot must have been taken at face value by Sean and Cygnett as they still did not demand to sight a purchase receipt although I had furnished the name of the original retailer.
I cannot recommend Cygnett highly enough. It's an Australian company deserving of a five star rating.

Excellent customer service from Sean who patiently advised me the steps to take on a faulty powerbank. Communications was very easy and swift. I’ve dealt with merchants that took a few business days just to reply a message and Cygnett has done very well on this.

Great product poor delivery and customer service issues
These are 100% the best thing I’ve owned. Going fifo and using the phone in remote places the phone likes to roam and on the rare occasion use to do all the other things in life that drain a battery. The only thing that was diss appointing was the packaging it came in on arrival. After spending money on something only to get the outside packaging fairly damaged but thankfully it they were all intact and work! When it came to doing a review I was honest and Sean was on to it but, there was a follow up review. Which is this review you see now. With out this review I would not receive the discount he had promised. 3 months on and the damaged packages that arrived simply stopped working. GREAT PRODUCT, POOR DELIVERY, POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE IN THE FOLLOW UP WITH ISSUSE

Bought a Laptop Powerbank which was not charging as it should have. Contacted Cygnett and within a week had a replacement part in my hands after sending them a short video of the problem. Exceeded my expectations.
Superb service
I reached out to Cygnett support team as I needed their assistance with getting back my parcel which has been returned to them by AusPost due to some technical issue. Sean responded my email within one hour with a confirmation email that a new parcel will be sent. The parcel was dispatched the next day or so and i feel so relieved. Issue with delivery address and was being returned to sender. Contacted their support and basically shipped by express, the same item and got it next day. Did not think this level of customer service existed in this day and age!! Absolutely stoked!

Great power bank. Very versatile and easy to recharge several phones or devices at once. The LED readout of the percentage is very useful to help keep track of how charging of devices is going and available power to use

Great customer service experience
Great customer service experience. I had a faulty laptop power bank and needed it replaced. Due to the inconvenience of it happening twice (it happened once before and they replaced it), I requested a better new version of a power bank also requested an addition iPhone power bank to compensate for the issue happening twice. Within 24hrs everything had been sorted. Two new power banks are on there way. Great customer service experience.
